we operate on the cellular mall, we make sure that the stores in the mall are operational, we build the relationship between the shops and make sure that the store meets our targets

Looking for a new challenge
Hi, I am currently working for Vodacom within the Engineering Operations department.I manage multiple projects on a daily basis to ensure the company's objective is achieved or even exceeded. Open door policy is one of my management styles and I have learned by empowering one's sub ordinates and trusting them is a recipe for success. I enjoy working under pressure as it brings out the best of my abilities. I am currently looking for a new challenge as a Senior Project Manager. Regards, Aldo

Excellent customer experienced gained.
a typical work day for me basically is coming to work with a positive mind set knowing what is expected of me today. I love working with people not only do i enjoy being in the company of customers but as well as my co-workers, rather not co-workers but famliy. i have a lot since i have started as a sales consultant, what i have learnt the most is how to control my emotions in certain situations. and also how to go about dealing with difficult customers. The feeling of a sales coming on just gives me an adrenaline rush, reason why i love sales is because everyday you get to do something better. most challenging aspects of the job is , competition, everybody wants to be on top, and this is where greed comes in , and jealousy

Skills and knowledge
My working e patience is good as iam currently enjoying rehabilitating and educating people taking control and ownership,its like having my own business cause I treat people the way i want to be treated where iv opened credits.

Good working conditions, loads to learn and exposure to external learning
Work day starts early and usually extends even when you are home, but its the nature of the clients we have on our books I work with an awesome bunch of people who are equally if not more dedicated to our end users I have had the opportunity to study almost every year for my tenure thus far at Vodacom, but this has come from hard work myself I enjoy the people, the customers and the variety of the job The most challenging part of my job is that we service clients so we rarely have the luxury of not being connected to ensure their queries are always seen too.

Excelent learning curve
A typical day at work is very busy as we have a high volume of calls on a daily basis..i have an good relationship with my co workers as i believe team work is very important and essential .. i belive we should help one another to grow ..what i have learned at vodacom is that customers are very important and that its more than just giving customer service is about connecting with your customer and making them feel safe and at home.. The most challenging aspect of this job is the long working hours with no transport provided so one is always putting their lives at risk to get home

Excellent learning curve
I am a very hard working woman,who communicates very well with co-workers, asking for advice where i could not manage on my own. the most interesting part is when i managed to do my job correctly and in time especially when it was challenging for other co-workers, being the one who came with the solution is the most overwhelming feeling. Failing to do my job properly is the worst feeling i could ever have, as that could lower the productivity of the company.

am a 29 year old ambitious male who is prepared to achieve the desired goal of the job description. I am a hard worker, self-motivated, goal oriented individual who is always looking for a challenge to enhance my skills and knowledge, I like interacting with other people and adapt easily to different kinds of environment. I have good communication skills, telephone skills and listening skills. I have since developed my desire in the public relation as well as in the business administration industry to empower more knowledge.
