I have been with the company for 2006, started as a Call centre agent , moved to Accounts Call Centre als as a Corporate constant dealing with all corporate accounts like SAB ,Absa , SAPS . I 2008 i moved to Back Office as an Escalation agent

Hard worker
On a typical work day, I arrive at work before time to plan and prepare myself for my day. I'm easy to get along with and I find it very easy to make to work with people whether it be familiar or unfamiliar people. I've learnt how to engage with people and to just randomly and openly concersate with unfamiliar people, just to break the awkwardness and make them feel like they speaking to an old friend. I enjoy getting my work done and what I enjoy most is when my day goes accordingly as to what I planned it to be before it has actually began. The most challenging aspects of my job is when I have to just accept being insulted and I'll treated by customers.

Excellent Learning Curve. Oportunity to climb the copoarate ladder
A typical work day: Driving the department and divisional stratey through communucation with various stakeholder levels in the company. Relationship with co-workers: Have a sound relationship with co workers which is beneficial as it assist in cutting through red tape and asssits in with the delivery and completion of tasks timeously. What I have learnt: I have learnt that it take team work in order to deliver on the required objectives. A manager needs to build a good work relationship with staff in order to obtain the best performance output from them. Management means balancing work performance with staff personal goals. What I enjoy most: The interaction with various stakeholswr in the organisation. Being able to deliver a good product or service based on the strategy initiated. The most challenging aspects of the job is aligning other department startegy with your own as buget and resources remain and constraint. Regards Craig Christian

Growth
The current company I'm working at...the environment and the management together with my colleagues are very welcoming and we treat each other with respect..and love one another..there is space for growth and lessons to be groomed..it's an awesome place to be at..

Vodacom is great and company that has lots of opportunities, I am team player ao as I work with my team members I really enjoy and also can work alone ,I have learned theimportance of customer s e rcice and I now hav good communication skills with my clients

You get to learn a lot
its a great company just labor brokers, it would maybe have been different without them. The environment is good just the pay is not that great.u learn a lot and in a sort space of time.

Excellent learning curve
I AM EDWARD MAKHUVELE WHO OBTAINED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA AT EHLANZENI TVET COLLEGE IN 2015. I AM CURRENTLY A DEALER COMMISSIONS ANALYST AT VODACOM FINANCE OPERATIONS IN VODACOM WORLD(FROM 01 AUGUST 2015 TILL DATE).I HAVE VOLUNTEERED AT HEALTH DEPARTMENT(BARBERTON HOSPITAL) FOR THE DURATION OF 18 MONTHS. I HAVE WORKED AT SAMHS FOR THE DURATION OF 2 YEARS AS A LOGISTICS CLERK. I AM A HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN WHO BELIEVES THAT I WILL BE A VALUABLE ASSET TO ANY COMPANY

Excellent customer experienced gained.
a typical work day for me basically is coming to work with a positive mind set knowing what is expected of me today. I love working with people not only do i enjoy being in the company of customers but as well as my co-workers, rather not co-workers but famliy. i have a lot since i have started as a sales consultant, what i have learnt the most is how to control my emotions in certain situations. and also how to go about dealing with difficult customers. The feeling of a sales coming on just gives me an adrenaline rush, reason why i love sales is because everyday you get to do something better. most challenging aspects of the job is , competition, everybody wants to be on top, and this is where greed comes in , and jealousy

My experience in the call centre division has taught me fundamental principles on achieving customer satisfaction and it will be of great personal and professional growth when this institution considers me a capable candidate. I pay great attention to detail and is not easily distracted. Listening skills play a huge role in resolving customer complains/ queries on time and I bring this with me. Good customer relationships are key to my performance and I believe that my listening skills and empathy go a long way to ensuring that I meet their needs. My well-developed interpersonal skills together with my ability to communicate effectively contribute to my meeting deadlines .
Pros: Set a good role to new employees and get a great promotion too.

Looking for a new challenge
Hi, I am currently working for Vodacom within the Engineering Operations department.I manage multiple projects on a daily basis to ensure the company's objective is achieved or even exceeded. Open door policy is one of my management styles and I have learned by empowering one's sub ordinates and trusting them is a recipe for success.
