Itit was great experience working at woolworths king shaka airport but with the contract I had with them had led me to leave the job because I maintain travelling fees

Great learning curve

I work 8 hours a day,my relationship with my colleagues is very good,u have learnt to work under great pressure...I enjoy the job,the experiences at work..I also enjoy the pressure The most challenging aspects is when we have yo deal with the angry customers.

Opportunity for growth

I'm an sharp leader with 11 yr experience in retail management from customer service, admin ,disciplinary procedures, KPI and more. Reporting structure, maintaining company policies and procedures and reaching companies targets and exceeding.

Gaining excellent customer service

It is a very nice department. And we working thru collaboration and integrity customer first is our priority. We get along well with coloques and we make sure that when one is her department is well attend. Smile is the best friendly way of welcoming your.. Always remember customer first. I enjoy making customers leaving our store happy and leaving them with a memorable moments

Short motivation

I'm a very well groomed individual and love being around people who have positive energy and I am with my current company for 11 years and some months and although I love stability because I'm very family orientated I now need a change and I am always willing to pit my best foot forward.I go the extra mile if need be and I'm my working day I like making time to have some fun and at times I put others first and forget what I need to do and love collaborating.

The importance of customer service for the survival of every organization

Working for Woolworths has proved to me that indeed customer is the heart of the business. An organization that keeps its customers happy and adds value to its products through a quality customer service. At Woolworths I learned to deliver what is promised to the customer at right time and place. I enjoy studying and working at the same I enjoy challenging my self and I'm seeking growth and a new challenge. We work with high volumes of inventories but through solid team work and proper structures we always deliver. I work 28 hours a week which is 4 days and week and. Customers are the life an blood of every business

Learning curve as entry level :stockroom assistant

Learning more about internal and external customers.Receiving and despatching stock.Making sure that all the IBT and RTV are done according to companies policies. Mantaining stockroom layout.Offering exceptional customer service to our customers. Time management and planning skills has improved and the filing system. Working as a team with the floor sales assistant and replenisters.

Pros: Learning environment,trainings provided to better your skills

Adapting to change

Its a good company to work for at the same time demanding in terms of long hours and getting off days when required the atmosphere is great since most times I work with suppliers and our distribution centre at all times and having to deal with internal customers and external customers on their queries regarding their expected deliveries . Overall can say its hard working that keeps me on my toes.Its very educating department at all times having to learn and welcoming new ideas on how to ensure your departments perform on its required expectation.

Pros: Somebody has to apply for a vacant vacancy if there's any .
Cons: Hours are very long but manageable at times

Always working with re arranging stock to their dates and helping and making customer's happy at all times. phoning relevant stores to make sure customer's leave the store happy. Talking to team member's and plan the day and working together to make sure the store runs smoothly and we avoid customer's complain at all times
