Excellent upskilling
A typical work day would be planing your day and knowing exactly what to do and priorities from urgent yo not urgent. Sometimes you get a few surprises but we deal with it. Myself and my team work well together very supportive and everyone is clear on what their responsibilities are. I enjoy working with my colleagues and the team spirit, however there is so much you have to do that is not on your job profile whereas managers makes Its so difficult to complete your tasks where they don't do what they are suppose to which make it very challenging for you to complete your daily tasks.

Setting work standards and good communication skills
Woolworths company is a very good company to work for. Just like any other company there are now and then issues arising between staff members. So one of my duties was to resolve those. Otherwise in all the years I worked there. I've gained so much experience in communication skills and also build good relationships amongst staff. I just feel it's time to move on and discover different adventure in life.
Pros: Good benefits and flexible hours of work. Management also very supportive.

Receiving and dispatching stock effectively and accurately as per store score card.
Verifying delivery conditions prior to breaking of seals .Ensure that the store is clean and safe environment by applying housekeeping disciplines. Do weekly tests,e.g generator tests,alarm tests,compliance pack and evacuation training. Adhere to company policy,procedure and legislation as per OHSA act in line with corporate governance.

Best learning ground. Excess to learn what ever I want. Stay focused and work in a efficient and effective manner, regularly review progress against plans and seek advice where needed. Prioritise work demands and effectively organise resources. Use resources efficiently and avoid waste, complete tasks to the required quality standards. Monitor my and others performance against planned objectives and deadlines. Do not accept second best. Conduct post implementation reviews, where appropriate.

Everyone is being treated equally and they respect their staff and take care of them. The staff always come to me when they have someone to take to cos I make them feel comfortable to express themselves. It is very challenging more specially if the transport got breakdown

From not knowing to caring
Coming to work everyday and having to wear a smile no matter how yesterday was. Good relationship with my coworkers cause when I'm down they would suddenly tease me to bring back my usual mood. I have learned a lot treating customers equal choosing my attitude each and every day when I go to work deali g with different types of behavior both customers and colleagues. I enjoy serving that one customer who came in the shop and just had a bad day as you spend time with them and they say woow just had a bad day and wish we could chat forever and making a difference every day with my team. Very challenging one not everyone you come across will be satisfied with your efforts
