Gaining experience of customer service
Maintaining good customer service daily is compulsory. We get trainings and have regular meetings on how to never loose a sale and put customer first. Team work is a must have. Relationship with my colleagues is at best challenging because we come from different backgrounds, but I try to keep my relationships professional. I love that there is a great support structure from the management team especially from mall at carnival where I work. Even though we get incentives and extra money from additional hours the salary doesnt cover most of the responsibilities I have to take care at home as I have 2 kids to take care of. I try to do the best I can with the little I have. During the week I work 2 days and weekends which makes me work 28 hours per week. I love interacting with customers because it teaches me how to deal with challenges that come with the job.

It has taught me to be organised and time management
It's lovely to work with different people from different backgrounds.i enjoyed engaging with multiple customers with their different characters. Even though it gets very busy but it has taught me time management skills and go be organised.i enjoyed the moments I shared with the loyal customers.

I start at Woolworths working as a chasia each an every year I did sets my gaol's how do I whant to see my self at the and off the year.I have to meet my jod career part so that I can meet the standard of Woolworths the most enjoyable part I always get spot's awards every month and working with staff it's a good thing that's when you Will see we you poor and so you y push at the and of the day you see you self else were I be come a Pay Point Controller and accredited as an National Credit Regulata an Gent FICA .do game plans daily before the shift start the most funny part its when we not wearing a uniform an will raised fund for social development for charities NGO's.I learn how to deal with any type of a customers that the almost complain.

To find a suitable and challenging position that will help me grow within the company
Woolworths is such an accommodative company that doesn't leave out their employees stranded, it teaches an individual on how to to serve customers with excellent customer service and moral self dignity. I learnt how to treat customers with care as they are the ones that rise the sales of the company. The most challenging part is meeting difficult customers that fail to understand whatever current situation it may be. I enjoy communicating with with customers on a daily basis, as being bubbly makes my day 10 times easier and fun, without a smile, nothing goes right

Gaining excellent customer service
It is a very nice department. And we working thru collaboration and integrity customer first is our priority. We get along well with coloques and we make sure that when one is her department is well attend. Smile is the best friendly way of welcoming your.. Always remember customer first. I enjoy making customers leaving our store happy and leaving them with a memorable moments

Excellent working environment.
Woolworths gives all employees equal opportunities. The communication is very vital, from executives to all levels of employees. We are given freedom to develop our own career path. We are encouraged to live the values of the company.

Making sure the store is ready and safe for trade
My job was to make sure the store was ready for trade every morning tv's are on music is on the right volume the food market is full and ready for the store to open the store is cleaned properly by the night shift cleaners all the security are on duty and the floor staff is dressed neatly and ready for trade the cashier have all the floats and by 8:55 the stores doors are being opened. That's my morning run
Pros: I think I had the most important job in the store taking care of the store staff and customers
