i like to work as a team also enjoyed helping my customers getting want they need in our shop i also learn customer service that the customers s always right they must b satisfied with my service so that they can come back to our store

Excellent customer service
Working at Woolworths was the best experience meeting with different kinds of people, nice customers and difficult customers. It's a place where you have to work as a team members . And also building a relationship with other cultures. What I enjoyed most at working at Woolworths is to make your customers happy so that they can make you happy as well. Challenging part was getting little salary at the end of the month..

Adapting to change
Its a good company to work for at the same time demanding in terms of long hours and getting off days when required the atmosphere is great since most times I work with suppliers and our distribution centre at all times and having to deal with internal customers and external customers on their queries regarding their expected deliveries . Overall can say its hard working that keeps me on my toes.Its very educating department at all times having to learn and welcoming new ideas on how to ensure your departments perform on its required expectation.
Pros: Somebody has to apply for a vacant vacancy if there's any .
Cons: Hours are very long but manageable at times

Great opportunity to improve oneself especially interpersonal skills
Starts out exciting but gets mundane over time the redundancy of dealing with the same situations daily wears everyone down quickly. It's a great place to learn interpersonal skills and any other skills you can pick up if you're willing. It gets boring for a mind constantly seeking challenge but creates comfort zones for those who don't

Excellent learning curve
Advise and educate customers on beauty products. Do make overs and facials and sell beauty products. Print reports and track my business. Educate my team about the report about stock movements and receive stock by following the correct procedures. I always make sure that I make my targets and I I a good relationship with my clients .they always come back because I call to check on them how the products are on them and notify them about new launches and promotions.i plan and organise weekly monthly events for my counter and for my co-workers. I plan game plans and discuss our goals for each and everyone daily.i am a team player and I communicate with planners and buyers of the business when we have stock issues. Although I sometimes get recognition but I dont think there is any growth.

Good learning curve
The working is not the problem. The problem we not treat equally favoritism is still an issue if we could be treat equally it Wil be much better. Been with Woolworths it has taught me customer service nd also How to handle customer complaint. And it gives u the opportunity to grow within the business taking you to school offering bursary to their employees.

Honest, good at work with others.
I am fast and honest young lady whose willing to work hard and underpressure, who can relate well in others. I have learnt to work well with difficult customers how to meet necessary target. I enjoy working with people and meeting the given requirements...
