How to handle pressure and difficult customer
Have good relationship with my co workers. I've learn how retail industry want for example..ordering stock, how to deal with customers, also how manager the store as whole. Make sure that the store is ready before the trade. Also you have to lead by example as a leader. An as leader you have the plan for the day. Give memoriable customer service all the time I also enjoying when we work together to make the job done on time. No conflicts between us. The most challenging is when I don't get the stock on time from the supply. Most challenging is when the workers didn't come to work because it won't be productive day

Good learning curve
The working is not the problem. The problem we not treat equally favoritism is still an issue if we could be treat equally it Wil be much better. Been with Woolworths it has taught me customer service nd also How to handle customer complaint. And it gives u the opportunity to grow within the business taking you to school offering bursary to their employees.

Earning excellent experience
Being a cashier is not just a job that no one has to take for granted. Experiencing different people everyday with different emotions, but I have to remain still a do a better customer service everyday. Working as the cashier as changed me from my mood swing and taught me on how to handle a person situation during my customer service, because a customer is has the power over the busines. Working with different colleagues who knows better, I learnt to a lot from them from their experience's. I have learn to keep the customer values very seriously and to know them that they are very important. I do enjoy during busy days and to serve customers in the the way they expecting and the way I had taught.The most challenging aspects it to deal with different people with attitudes.

Communication and service delivery
Nothing much to say. Previous employment was good its just that i need growth.. Days at work where busy and interacting with customers was the best part that kept me coming to work. With my bubbly persona, being on tills was challanging because of my great person i was often told why am i behind the counter instead of at the office . Customers motivated m everyday untill i thought to myself. Okay 5 years is long you need to expand your oryzon and take the risk. So i left. Must say applying constintly is a Nightmare but i remind myself that through all the rejections come strength. I believe that my break is coming soon. Just got to trust the process.

I have completed National Diploma in Cost Management Accounting study at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I work in good company with all benefits and the manager are good and always motivate the staff
