Excellent learning curve
A busy environment,team members always assisting customers and providing product knowledge and giving excellent service.I have learned to build a customer base with my customers and gained alot of confidence while interacting with clients and customers.I enjoy sharing information with my colleagues,selling product with knowledge and training provided by the company.The most challenging part is to reach a monthly budget because not everydae that our clients would want to buy and some of the challenges would come from other team members.

Excellent
The most challenging espect of my job is flexible which means I get to do any job I'm tasked to including the one I'm being paid for and more. I love the fact that it's r beautiful environment but growth is the even dore sometimes it's feels like it's for certain individuals. What I have learned is that work as hard as you can some day people will recognize your work

Experienced more things about customers
I do admin ,control queue,manage tills, resolve customer enquiries,pack stock, receive stock and do orders and do meetings among my team motivate them and also assist them with knowing store guide.
Pros: I can become a manager from where I am now because of the work I do in the store
Cons: I can work long hours,do extra mile especially for customers

Excellent learning curve
am honest and very loyal when it comes to my assigned occupation. I am trustworthy and work to earn the trust of my employers. I am extremely hard working and have effective communication skills. I have strong administrative skills and am very proactive. I ‘m able to meet deadlines, work accurately, liaise with clients, work under pressure, pay great attention to detail and have acquired good organizational skills. I am able to work independently or within a team. I’m able to multitask, have good problem solving abilities and decision making skills. I am disciplined and willing to lean whatever is thrown my way. I believe that I have the drive to be successful. I am career driven and have planning organizing abilities.

Leadership,communication,customer service,time management,patients,respect, stress tolerance
Flexible hours were challenging and having to learn some of the things on my own. I had to think on my feet most of the time and report the situation later to the management to avoid making excuses.
Pros: I started as a cashier but left as a controller, because I didn't see myself doing the same job for more than two years
Cons: Having to start working at 02:00-11:00 was challenging but I got used to it because it trained me to become a manager

Manager
I m a hardworking lady am willing to go extra mile and willing learn. As a stock controller,I ensure a day's is completed as per schedule. I make sure I minimize shrinkage to receive and capture stock on the computer so that we can have record and traceability of the stock thus helping the company with reviews so we can improve and exceed Company's objectives. I'm performance oriented and I thrive under pressure.

Exciting
- A typical work day It getting up at 05h00 in the morning and going to work then instant at the office first we have a meeting and team building opportunities to teach one another then we go to the stores we are assigned into. - Your relationship with co-workers I work with a team leader and two others co works and it great working with them - What you have learnt How to do marking and how to sell something with just a smile on a face - What you enjoy most Meeting new people and customers at all times - The most challenging aspects of the job Getting more sells.

Growing opportunity
Working for Woolworths is a great experience,the company looks after their employees and they offer employee benefits as well. Most of the staff members are easy and fun to work with however the culture raisins a problem for some.management is always available to support and encourage the staff.like any other work,the customers are not always friendly and understanding however employees get training to deal with the issues

Good customers service good assert hard worker
I have completed National Diploma in Cost Management Accounting study at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I work in good company with all benefits and the manager are good and always motivate the staff
