Good
My day starts at 9 am and I nock of at 6pm. I need to check emails, any new information that is sent from head office, check if all my access are still working and check if we are not offline. I need to be at least 15 mins before my shift because I won't be able to do all this if there are clients. I deal with difficult customers and very understanding ones. I need to take a tea break and lunch break sometimes that is impossible depending how many people are scheduled for the day. We are only four in my department so me and my team are very happy to work together I can cover their work and they can dk the same to me if maybe I cannot finish or if its them that can't. Managent is fine what I love the most is we have more than ten of them I can speak to any one I like about my job.

Learning while I'm working
Ive got excellent customer servive ,I've achieve a lot when come to retail experience, integrity is who I am,I'm leaving company values, hard working I like to go an extra mile if its needed, I like to do team work, sharing ideas to one another

I was unhappy
Working at Woolworths was a strain I work for more hours and still get paid a little money I enjoyed having to meet new people and direct them to a department yes I enjoyed what I was doing

Learning
Is a good campany easy to grow and offering good customer service and each an everyone s opinion matters and valued and making sure all customers needs are met and delivered

It is a good company to uplift a person to grow within the business.
Working for this company I learnt more skills, starting from giving the best service to customers always going an extra mile for a customer or client. Being in this company it thought me to multi-task, making sales and how to always use an alternative product if the actual product required by a customer is not available, communication skills from refunds to exchanges. It is a good company for grooming a person who wants to grow.

Company is great as it has awesome perks
I deal with +-100 customers a day. Where I have to run a till and also deal with queries. I deal with complaints from accounts to services. In all that I do cross selling to. I'm Fica and NCR accredited. I issue credit cards for those collecting, where as I check cards in and out. I run the daily reports and also assist with audits. So before I start my shift I make sure all my daily reports are printed before my customers enters the store as they are the payers of my salary. The value I live is integrity as I believe customer always comes first. I'm always one to make my customer happy.
Pros: Well I say, I love dealing with customers and also learning experience for me

Collaboration
times normal. We wodays are not the same sometimes busy sometimes normal. But collaboration is the best thing in a workplace because you easily communicate with your colleagues. Always be calm and be patient with everything.bring smile to the world in order to have a good day. Challenges are always the but handle with care to achieve more. If you behave sometimes you get a promotion and in my work place when ever you do good they reward you rk as a team, there is collaboration between us, we all try to bring smiles to our customers. Some days are very challenging but you have to be calm all the time and be patient with your work. If you can't deal with that thing you ask your leaders to help you

Excellent learning curve
I have learned how to deal with a customer and give the best customer service to every customer. I learned to work independently. I enjoy working with my colleagues we make a great team.

Great For fastrack development and
Great opportunity for development,work well with peers there is good working relationship and the culture with I. The professional environment is what keeps you coming back and the organisation is guided by there ogerisational values Customs,work ethics and this becomes your way of life . It's really a great evioment to work In as there are clear objectives In place and communication Chain across the different leave is of a transpant one. Also the fact there there is a "open door policy and custom within the environment and that allows too. For Innovation and newness . Also the zero tolerance for poor customer service is what keep you customer orientated
