Entry level
Receiving clients, directing them and as well transferred call at the same time, I had a full on day with clients wanting there problems to be solved and being kind to them. We had a good understanding and a good relationship where work was concerned, we would help each other were by we are stuck with clients wanting to get helped at the same time. How to work under demand and pressure and still be tactful meeting clients requirements of the service rendered, I worked with difficult clients at times and still have to remain professional at all times. Having my own office space and interacting with clients and yet be part of a team. When power cuts or systems down have to redirect clients.

Passionate about Analytics and Development
Good Day, I have worked at ABSA for the past 13 years, of which I have adapted and am happy and comfortable. I enjoy the fact that I am well established and well known for what I do and also able to network so as to get a job done at a faster pace when needed. ABSA has allowed me and provided me with opportunities to learn and grow in many areas and thus I am confident enough to take on any task. I also enjoy the fact that I am able to travel and train users on new/improved systems. (i.e Qlikview) The most challenging aspect of my job would be the fact that technology tends to slow us down. Being in a data environment needs the best technology in order to get the job done in the best way possible.

I am heartworking and are looking for a position to start ASAP
I have been working for a Financial Adviser for 10 years. I have experience in making appointments, managing his diary, face to face interaction with clients. I was the first person the clients meet in the office, Dealing with queries from clients and also Insurance and Investment Houses. Ordering stationary, and had 4 staff working under me. My strongest asset is that I am always willing to learn more about a product or a organization. I am neat and well spoken and always have the organization or clients best interest at heart. I am loyal and honesty is a very important character to have.

Learning something new everyday
At my current job we work in a high pressure environment which is filled with new things to learn on a daily basis. There is always a something new to learn everyday and new concepts are introduced quite often in my line of work and that keeps me on my feet. Most of the learning is side by side learning and buddying with our co workers so we depend on the more experienced team members for guidance which makes it important to develop relationships with each and every person on the floor. I mostly enjoy being able to interact with different clients from all over the country, from different backgrounds and being able to laugh with the clients who exude so much energy and have a strong sense of humor. It can be a great challenge when you have an irate client who is not having a good day, but making them feel understood and letting them know that you want to help them can change all of that.

AS IVE BEEN WORKING FOR ABSA FOR 4YEARS I REALLY ENJOYED MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND NEW FIRENDS I HAVE LEARNT ALOT IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY AND WHAT TO DO IN DIFFCULT SITUATIONS WHEN IT COME TO CLEINTS. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS VERY POSTIVE ALTHOUGH WE MIGHT HAVE OUR OWN PERSONALITIES AND DIFFERENCE WE ALWAYS MANAGE TO SORT OUT AND GET ALONG WITH EACH OTHER. I LEARNT HOW TO DEAL WITH DIFFCULT CLIENTS AND THE ABSA SYSTEM AS WELL AS THE ADMIN THAT IS REQUIRED I ALSO LEARNT A THING OR TWO ABOUT SALES AND HOW TO SELL A PRODUCT.

Excellent learning curve
a typical day would be me coming to work, answering call, attending to clients emails in our communication box. amend policies, assist with discount, lodging claims. and capturing data on the system whiles busy with client on the phone. i have a good relationship with my co-workers to a point where we are like family working together to achieve the same goal i have learned how to multi task, working on different systems while on the phone with the client. the challenges i face are usually after natural disasters where call volumes would be extremely heavy, but the end of the day we manage to assist client
