Hard worker and learning more every day

Having enough hours in a day is challenging for me in my current role but you learn how to manage it durning time. Colleauges is great they can sometimes just brighten up your day and make you smile. I learn a lot from colleauges especially the colleauges thats is in the role for longer than me. Main thing if you don't know ask people is always willing to help and learn you and they appreciate it more when you ask.

Before you earn, you work

A day wasted is money lost , big company and competition amongst colleagues is too high let alone our company's competitors. It was a great opportunity for me.

Very challenging but gaining excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a very challenging role but I am gaining good experience especially with regards to communication an d interpersonal skills. I also have to apply my analytical skills in this role so that I can find the most effective way to sell products. My career ambition is to be a Business Analyst but I am very much grateful for this experience.

Great work experience being able to offer excellent customer service.

Offered opportunity to exceed and make my own weekly & monthly targets excites me in this role. Contributing towards team ultimate objective including assisting sales to achieve targets. Working well under pressure and able to prioritize time spent at work wisely. Complaince and adherence to internal and external regulations and maintaining high professional standards at all time.

Pros: Proactive problem solving
Cons: Balancing act between credit principal and sales targets.

Excellent learning curve

It is very demanding because we get calls from clients who have queries or are interested in our products. We have to meet the needs of the client and do customer service. It is beneficial to to know how to multitask and have people skills. I have learnt how to use different systems and to interact with different people and also learnt to work under pressure. I enjoy reaching my target and exceeding it too, it makes me feel like i have achieved something good. Sometimes it gets to busy and there is often no time for breaks.

it gave me a good work experience as it is my first permanent job the previous one's were temporary and contracts.i have learned a lot how to work with client and how to handle irate client .it gave me an experienced to be a team player and a team leader gave me lot's of experience in different departments.i know at work we have different cultures but help me to accomodate every person the way they are.

Pros: to handle client accounts if they have arrears we can make arrangement,and also to help client with their finances
Cons: it is a great pleasure and also a great opportunity working for the company

Excellent environment

Excellent learning curve Great working environment and room for growth. Enjoyed working out in the indoor gym with colleagues, motivating and encouraging each other.

Work place ethics

Amazing people to work with,learnt strength to stand on your own two feet,learnt and gained knowledge from the team,supportive and willing to go the extra mile to see you achieve,team work is all that matters.amazing company to work at.ive learnt that you can do anything you put your mind too,sales and customer services,the face to face interaction and knowledge you take in,is amazing,you work with different personalities and meet new people every single day,of different cultures,staff make it a home to build on and get work done,comfortable if your a new comer into organisation and help where they can.

Great exposure to corporate culture and results driven environment. .

The work environment is agile. The employees therefore work from home with the use of Barclays security encrypted assets (company issued laptop and dongle). This module allows employees to manage their time in order to meet their targets whilst also maintaining a work/life balance. Colleagues -highly driven great EQ. We work well together to achieve targets Manager is transparent. Delegates work to members within the team to afford the opportunity to learn and gain experience. What I enjoy most is the agile working and the flexibility that it provides. A challenging aspect is that Special Operations is a new department, we are still learning and there is room for improvement and upskilling of staff. What I have learnt - compliance in the financial service sector, the importance of streamlining. Technical skill -I have learnt the importance of the use of excel, vba and sql to work more efficiently.

Pros: Great Manager, wonderful team and colleagues.
Cons: Poor opportunity for growth. Stagnation can occur.
