Excellent learning curve

Its challenging a lot when it comes to sales and meeting the targets , but working with clients seeing different people every day excites me and makes me looks forward to the next day, Ive learnt that if you are at work you not there to build freindship but to work together for the vision of the company and to achieve the componies goal, some peolple will love and others might not ,

Hard worker and learning more every day

Having enough hours in a day is challenging for me in my current role but you learn how to manage it durning time. Colleauges is great they can sometimes just brighten up your day and make you smile. I learn a lot from colleauges especially the colleauges thats is in the role for longer than me. Main thing if you don't know ask people is always willing to help and learn you and they appreciate it more when you ask.

Online trainer

I have learnt to work with various people. my job was to train corporate clients on using a Banking payment system, which was very challenging and exciting. I learnt how to navigate various computers as clients used different ones. Using different accounting packages by exporting payments out of it and importing it, into the banking system. traveling to different locations for on site training, Capturing my teams stats at the end of the day for accurate client reports. Assisting my colleagues and manager when they needed assistance. I am a confident bubbly person and enjoy different challenges I face in life.

JOB PERFOMANCE

GOOD WORK AS TEAM PERFOMANCE AND WELL COMMUNICATION AND GOOD TARGETS APPROACH WITH MY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS. I ALSO BECAME A TELLER OF A MONTH OCTOBER FOR THE REGION, WITH WIDE SKILLS AND STRATEGY I APPLY FOR EVRY WORK I GET TO DO. TIME MANAGEMENT IS ALSO A STRIKE FOR GOOD PERFOMANCE AS I MAKE SURE THAT IS BEST PART OF GOOD MANAGEMENT AND UNDERSTAND WORK ETHICS, WITH ALL MY DISTRIBUTION TOWARD THE ORGANISATION AND TRUST TO EACH AN EVERY MEMBER I WORK WITH.

You need to have a strong character and be willing to be bend in either direction.

Its a very lovely company to work for.Stability is the only short coming i saw in the company meaning most staff member in the department i am working in are contract workers.

Excellent

I like my job as on a daily basis I help clients with their accounts, I have a very good relationship with my co - workers I am always willing to assist them with queries on a daily basis. Not all clients are the same every day i speak to different types of people. I enjoy helping people around me and on the call.

Working at Absa Technology Finance Solutions

Being in finance, you always have to meet deadlines and working under pressure at month-end. Accuracy is a must and basic accounting knowledge is essential to complete your day to day tasks. I work well in a team and with my other colleagues. I assist others where I can even with queries that may be unrelated to my specific job functions, so to resolve a query. Having to work for my currently company for almost 10 years, I've learned a lot about the dynamics of the company, people's behaviours and conflict handling. I love my job, because you always have to think, and I love working with numbers. The most challenging aspect of my job was conflict handling. Colleagues and management not adhering to cut-off times and insisting that payments needs to be made causes conflict.

Great for youngster

My typical work day is coming to the office doing my daily health checks to a system I support. relationships with my co workers are very good. we all young and friendly. learnt about insurance, long term and short term. I enjoy the environment which is agile so everyone can bring in their opinions. the building itself is amazing and lots of new people to meet. most challenging part is when things need to be done last minute and has to be deployed to production asap. also that coming to work is very expensive since I stay in Pretoria.

Pros: great atmostphere, lots of young people and awesome perks
Cons: No Growth, underpayed
