I love it

its always been busy clients coming in to open new account we are three consluants we work well together we understand each other we help where we can. i have learned that we need each other to progeress in life and taking chances is good i enjoy assisting the client it gives me great pleasure .

Current and previous role

Administrator with clerical and administrative support to professionals either as part of a team or individually. Production officer experience whereby processing of information and the constantly changing business procedure within our business unit (AVAF) Sales support experience which includes the handling of telephone calls or acknowledging sales consultants emails or letters for representatives and ensuring that the bankers application forms are completed accurately so that no rework is required Validating, and verifying of clients information, scrutinizing of documents for the final stage of whether an application will approve or decline Between the below mentioned job roles- other jobs roles were also performed such as: Switchboard operator, Reception at the hardware store (Family Business), Production officer, Promoter/ Marketer, Cashier, Waitress, Bay Cleaner

Pros: Engaging and broadening knowledge of knowing more about the banking business
Cons: Living by values and ohnering them as they come.

Working environment

There have been lots of organizational changes in culture, approach and methodology that has created challenges. However, the organisation has lots of positive people who have embraced these changes and this results in good team work and delivery. My job is not challenging but busy and keeps me occupied with constant deadlines. There are lots of meetings, some with no real outcome which can be frustrating. I enjoy the rush and the difficult and the constant change and thrive.

Retail Sales Consultant

I work from 8h00 to 16h30 in the afternoon . I get along very well with my colleagues as I like to help where I can. I learnt how to be disciplined about your financies. I enjoy seeing my clients growing in terms of handling their finances. The most challenging expect is to try to reach your annual targets in this tough economic period .

Cons: Office bound as a result I can't go and source the businesss outside.

My review it was a meet expectations

I m highly self motivated person and i always display leadership skills in every thing that i do. I always value customers,colleagues and my supervisor/manager.What i learnt at customer service role is that you have to be patient and you must always listen to the customer,i must not judge a customer.To me a customer is the number one priority,because she is the one who pays my salary,without a customer there is no job.Sometimes there are clients who likes to play jokes if i am too serious and i end up smiling .

Pros: There are opportunities that you can grow,and you can multi-task and not to know only one job
Cons: I don't have a problem with long hours

Exposure to different areas

Well the process we use is internationally recognized. But with the team I'm in the expertize are not equally divided among team members. Sharing of work is not exercised and so I end up doing nothing. I will volunteer but I often end up always volunteering and not having a role. The environment is okay, working hours are reasonable but communication between team is not clear.

Cons: No space for growth within team

It's absolute challenge and exiciting

Good day We strive to be the best and giving excellent customer service everyday. We value our work that we do and try to give the right deal the first time.we do face challenges sometimes but we always find work arounds because at the end o the day we have customers that's waiting for an outcome on there home loan application. There's nothing more special than being part of making someone'special dream come true with regards to buying a home. It's a complex product to sell and have a lot of people involve in making that dream come true. I have very strong relationships with all my colleagues. We sometimes to get system constraints but we deal with it. I have learnt alot and have grown alot in the home loans environment and I am secondin charge for my team leader. I want to switch and extent my knowledge.
