Was able to gain experience from tactical to strategic
Absa has been a great platform for me to diversify my skills. As Lead Business analyst I was involved in several projects and mainly regulatory which I did not have exposure to before. Unfortunately growth opportunities at absa are very limited now. I enjoyed the autonomy I was given however and was enabled and supported by senior leadership which motivated excellence (I received an Excellence award in 2017).
Pros: Being promoted to Business Architect
Cons: Leadership changed and so did the culture

Making a difference to people's lives and contributing to the growth of our economy.
I currently mentor and coach unemployed individuals and ensure that they become employable. My last project involved 65 people and all of them were permanently employed.

Learning and new development
Hard working and enjoy to go the extra mile for my clients by solving their problems and see them satisfied. Love to interact with people and share my experience and knowledge with others. Challange currently are to be one person doing several other peoples work as well and can't handle it people don't want to take responsibility to perform and take up their daily responsibilities. Do your work every day by be organized punctual deliver results but hate it if people take responsibility for their own work Learning is to accept your mistakes acknowledge it correct it and learn from your mistakes as this is how you grow and gain experience and help others to share with them so that you and your team mates can learn and grow together to achieve objectives and targets and achieve your goal and purpose not only in work but also personal life as you need to have a balanced life between work and personal life.
Pros: Work hours to little to get all work done already work from 7 to 7 although work hours only from 8 till 16:30 and then it is not appreciated and always at work neglecting family life
Cons: Never time to take lunch as always busy with clients staff coaching and admin between it all making sure adherence is done accordingly to policies and procedures to protect risk and reputation for company

I has been a wonderfull learning experience and getting to understand the work space
on daily basis we process application validate income and the document provided, we then send out outcome of whether the application is pending for -documents or to advise why so and so does not add up ,approved or declined based on what reasons. we are trusted to use our on discretion if there is some thing that is not adding up whether is to refer it to Head office for further assessment-to be analysed and further investigated or to pend and ask. we only work with copies of the client's document and at time is might be hard to scrutinise and tell that the document might be legit or not ,but there guidelines to help us make a confident decision.

My review it was a meet expectations
I m highly self motivated person and i always display leadership skills in every thing that i do. I always value customers,colleagues and my supervisor/manager.What i learnt at customer service role is that you have to be patient and you must always listen to the customer,i must not judge a customer.To me a customer is the number one priority,because she is the one who pays my salary,without a customer there is no job.Sometimes there are clients who likes to play jokes if i am too serious and i end up smiling .
Pros: There are opportunities that you can grow,and you can multi-task and not to know only one job
