Learning curve
Challenging and educational because the job requires your utmost concentration as a a consultant. It is really a very good experience and I have gained knowledge and understanding of the banking and financial industry

Willing to learn
working under pressure, we have a good relationship at work as we are open to each other. i have learn how to hadle a difficult customer and loyalty customer and how to manage staff. I mostly enjoy to be challenged by the staff and work i'm doing.

Lack of assistance
-work 6 days a week(long hours) -not much assistance from executive(not visible) -constantly answering emails on a typical day. -have to do own marketing and retain clients. -lack of funding on ideas -I'm grateful of the development i have received and the opportunity given to me.

I have learned to consistently translate business needs into technical operations which are both creative and pragmatic. We always work as a tem is a nice place to work in

Am currently working in a banking company doing sales and customer service, it's an environment where I need to be good at communication skills and selling skills always make a customer to Leave satisfied with my service. we learn everyday am an individual that learn fast . I have learn so much about customer service .am a goal driven individual whose a team player that is open to great opportunities that come on the way to grow my skill .

Excellent learning curve
I am a young vibrant lady who obtained a BA degree with the University of Johannesburg in the year 2015. I have participated in an internship programme with the National Lotteries Commission in the administration field. I have gained extensive administrative and Financial experience. I have also had the opportunity to work at African Bank as a sales consultant (Intern) dealing directly with customer sales and queries. I am a very hard working individual who enjoys working both individually and collectively, I am highly enthusiastic and punctual individual who pays attention to detail and can work accurately with numbers I also possess great interpersonal and communication skills.

Helps with improving professionalism and ethics
I work as a sales consultant for African bank of which we work mostly with sales and client satisfaction. I have a good working environment with all my colleagues from the manager to my fellow consultants. Working with clients is challenging especially with aspects of money but always disclosing and working ethically helps to resolve issues with an understanding. I enjoy fulfilling a client’s need by doing my job and ensuring that I have catered for all the needs of the client.

Great environment with diversity within the working space. People are full of life and positive attitude. Working there I have gained a lot of insight of how people interact with each other. I have learned to manage people from all different walks of life.
