Good learning exposure
At African Bank the team is very united, able to help one another , Always following our work ethics, My typical day to day work UAT testing for Business Changes, Writing Business Functional Specs. What i have learnt since i joined the Bank able to solve problems, able to perform UAT Testing, improving my presentation skills through the JAD sessions. I joy working with my team because we are very united.

Great opportunity for starters and learning to work with people.
The work environment is welcoming and has a lot of pressure if you don't balance your work, but what is more nice is you get to work with people listen to their problem and try where appropriate to help them. On a normal day we process loan application, do administration work , answer phone calls. The relationship with my colleagues was much of a family rather then friends. The most thing i enjoy about my line of work is the part of assisting a customer and they leave the branch happy and the most challenging part is when you have to convince someone to take another product if they are not willing to have them.
Pros: Great opportunity of learning people's skills
Cons: No overtime.

Good experience
I have commucation skill, I have ability to work under pressure. I have good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to deal with client in a different way and to treat customer fairly at all time. I enjoy capturing and calculation of the figures.
Pros: Like to go to marketing

GROWTH
Working for african has taught me more about dedication, on a daily basis i meet different people so you have to master the skill of client service,you marked down for reworks, so you need to make sure you capture everything correct. you must be willing to go the extra mile because if the client comes just before you knock of, you have to assist that client willingly. i work with amazing people who make the workplace feel more like home, what i enjoy the most with my current position, is the satisfaction you get knowing you were able to add value to someones life for that day, and almost everyday you become an advisor one way or another.My manager is currently couching me and mentoring me for a management position, and i must say i am enjoying the challenging growth.The challenging aspects is when you have to tell a client a very negative outcome when they are really in need, that breaks me.

Patience and obedient
I am a hard working being. I'm supportive good listener. I am not afraid of challenges. People feel free to ask for assistance. My colleagues usually say I'm the grounded one of the team.

Excellent learning curve
It is a great experience to be exposed to the working world and to gain work experience . I recently started and still under training. The experience has been good so far and I am learning a lot about the Bank and the banking sector. My relationship with the workers is on a good professional level.

Good connection with employers
The job is good working hours are fine we had a very good connection with the managers, as we had different cultures but we are all the same they don’t make you feel left out, we help each other at all times what iv enjoyed is the event we done like welcoming spring day, games and most challenging I had is to move from one campaign to another, I learn slot from the company mostly to treat the clients as queen and kings.

Great opportunities
work needs concentration and skills level of accuracy, stay focused and be realistic. Its a beautiful environment with a lot of opportunities. There is a great culture that is praised and i have learned a lot form our clients, colleagues and management.

Excellent communication skulls, willing to learn, trustworthy always goes rhe extra mile
My day a5 work would be meetings and actuon pkans executed for the day regarding targets and tasks, we see different people in a daily and live interactions because i learn new rhings daily. We as a team make sure that we do our best to achieve our ultimate goal and prep for any shortfall for the next day.
