Hard work doesn't pay
My salary did not meet industry standards. I worked hard all day everyday, but could not secure a promotion despite working there for over 15 years. It can be said that in any dealings African Bank, they were fair towards their employees. I enjoyed working with all the staff within my branch and area of operations, that is one of the things I miss the most.
Pros: Salary.
Cons: No oppurtunities for career advancement.

Growing
Hard work with good corporate culture. Constantly changing environment within a changing market challenges. Currently growing company into new business ventures to compete as retail bank.

Life lesson
The company is quite a good to work for as if feels like home where everyone is welcoming and showing love and kindness,but the problem is the pressure that we get while we not being enabled to reach out targets with the leads given.
Pros: No opportunity for promotions unless you rub shoulders with managers
Cons: There is a lot of favourtisim which does not serve other people right.

Excellent experience
I have a total of 4 years work experience in this field and am confident that I am the best candidate for your vacancy. My present position has taught me the importance of clear communication and customer service. In my current role I resolve savings, loan, credit card that includes sales peach to clients for new products in the bank. I have received excellent performance evaluations from my managers and have been formally recognized by them for my contribution towards my department’s success.

Always go the extra mile
A typical work day is selling products and loans to clients. Doing prospecting and hitting sales targets. My relationship with my co-workers has always been good and loyal. Through my experience in different jobs, i have learnt you are new to old, over educated to learn something new! I enjoy doing my best at every opportunity I get and achieving so much more. Every is a challenge to do better.

On a typical work day i test Apis and other functional applications
learned a lot in the testing space also i have learned more in perfomance testing,i enjoy working together with my co workers ,teamwork is just amazing,

Good learning curve
Promotion prospects are not carried out based on your experience and qualifications, but on how someone feels about you, especially branch management position, if the regional manager does not favor you then you are not going to get the position.

Good learning exposure
At African Bank the team is very united, able to help one another , Always following our work ethics, My typical day to day work UAT testing for Business Changes, Writing Business Functional Specs. What i have learnt since i joined the Bank able to solve problems, able to perform UAT Testing, improving my presentation skills through the JAD sessions. I joy working with my team because we are very united.

I enjoy managing the money of the bank
African Bank offers good customer services. It advances people lives by offering personal loans. The bank ensures that the customers needs are a met and fulfilled.

Excellent learning curve
dealing with client queries answering the phone sales admin capturing loan applications reviewing loan applications making sure all information is captured correct sometimes it gets so busy you even forget you have to lunch stress of telling clients they don't qualify and the stress of having to obtain referrals from difficult clients
