Excellent learning curve
Im a hard working lady and like challenges. Bing at work is fun for me interacting with clients and my team . Im a team player and likes assisting in a team whenever my help is needed we got along fine with my co workers. Working in a call centre environment has taught me how to be patient and be able to work in a chaotic environment. Im goal driven and always up for learning.Being at work generally was enjoyable I love the fact that i can handle stress and every call that i made i would make sure i give the clients 100 percent assistant as long as the clients were happy i was happy it also goes to my co workers. The most challenging thing about the job was that you get to speak to different people eith different situations others angry and others happy thats what drove me as well to do great in my job.

Description: African bank primarily deals with providing credit cards and loans to their clients. The Gazelle front end application is aimed at providing support to the consultants in processing the loan application routing through various queues until the entire flow is complete. It is developed on the web methods platform. It begins where the loan originates and processes the application through various workflows based on blaze rules until the completion of the process. It is expected to be a replacement of the existing systems providing interactive user interface and more user friendly screens.

Excellent learning curve
I have grown so much as a individual with the experience and knowledge that I have received by working at the bank I am honoured to have had such great mentors within the company and whom has seen my potential , I am also greatfull to be apart of a awesome team that even though I am younger than them they acknowledge me and respect me as their leader I am also learning from them. The bank has thought me that I should always strive for the best and to never doubt that I can make it as I dealt with targets that was my motivation that I can do anything if I set my mind to it. Every job has challenges and it is what we make out of it and the challenge I had to face every month was making target and excel in it and it is a challenge that I had to face and with dedication and commitment Ill make it.

Excellent
I have learn a lot about call center how to handle costumes service and how to solve queries .I'm fast learner I'm also team player cause I always take part or participate in what my team it is doing.my most challenge is people who don't want to help other people it makes me to be unproductive.the people at my company are friendly that's what I enjoyed most willing to help another

Customer service
I learned to appreciate customers and their needs. providing good service and making sure the client is happy. creating a good relationship to retain the customer to come back. Always smile and keep your environment friendly even though you might be in a bad mood the client comes first. working with a team and always helping each other when one is struggling. Advising clients on how what exactly we offer at the company and giving complete client satisfaction in order the client to feel worthy.

Excellent learning curve
The company is to work for especially on a entry level basis. They provide vast opportunities for growth as they do provide many training facilities which one has the privilege to participate in even as a temp. Everything is hands on so you don't only learn from the Induction training process but on the floor as well.

There is growth
it is very easy to wake up in the morning because thats where happiness is team work is very important there are activities that are perfomed in order to make workers feel great about their there is team building and i have learned that working as a team does make things easier
