Attention to detail, analytical and good communicator
A typical day at the office involves resolving all client queries and leaving the client satisfied. We have a very good relationship with my colleagues. Always learning from one another and assisting each other. I have learnt that the client I'd always right and that there should not be any bad days at work. I enjoy resolving the most difficult queries that my colleagues could not resolve. Making the client happy is what I enjoy the most. The challenges that I face is when I dont have mandate to deal with a certain queries, I hate referring clients I believe that the client should get assistance on first person contact.

Excellent learning curve
It has been an exciting five years with lots of ups and downs. As a Senior Learning Partner I have led teams, partnered with various business units. Delivered training needs and assessments. I was part of a Development Centre. Overall it was a great five years of working in the Learning and Development space in Gauteng. Partnering with Heads and RMs and helping them achieve their learning targets.
Pros: great people to work with. progressive as a Bank
Cons: Not enough transparency and inclusion in decision making process.

Leading people different mind sets and win them
Leading a team of 18 candidates in a position of a field sales manager position. That includes recruiting ,training,weekly meeting and monthly meeting in groups an individually, marketing ,promoting, arranging appointments,presenting products on behalf of my employees, as well as protecting company assets,motivating employees to meet their monthly target and managing the company finance. For myself to make my monthly target it means that my candidates should first meet their targets by doubling their efforts to meet their own monthly individual targets. The most important in all this is the customers.
Pros: My wish is to see myself in a higher management role one of the good days as regional manager
Cons: I m always going extra mile by taking my job home.

Excellent client service
Since I start working in a banking industry at a branch level, I learner to now a person. It is important to have a good communication with your clients and colleagues. It is easy to serve a client that you understand and a colleague that you work with. When my branch reach target I become so happy. The most challenging in my work is when the client qualify highly but the want less or the client qualify less then the want high offers.

Logical reasoning ability
Description: African bank primarily deals with providing credit cards and loans to their clients. Requirements are provided in cycles of 30-day sprints and deployment cycles prolong for that duration. The Gazelle front end application is aimed at providing support to the consultants in processing the loan application routing through various queues until the entire flow is complete. It is developed on the web methods platform. It begins where the loan originates and processes the application through various workflows based on blaze rules until the completion of the process. It is expected to be a replacement of the existing systems providing interactive user interface and more user friendly screens.

An eye opener and excellent learning curve.
I come from the saps background, and joining the private sector was exciting and has challenges but on the positive side there are always new things to learn and one is always kept on his toes in terms of learning new technologies and improving one always, because i find competition to be stiff, but at end of the day the rewards are good if you put more effort in your work and to a certain extend you feel appreciated and in turn that brings the best out of you. There will always be challenges but it depend on how you deal with the situation thown at you, There is something to be learned.

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.
It's very nice and friendly environment to work at African Bank my dai;y work include Review of loans and approval,making sure everyone in the branch folllow company policies and procedure at all times,opening and closing of the branch.I amalso 2ic at work, my relationship with coleagues is very good.I have learned a lot of things like writing assessment on fraud,anti money laundering,nca and product knowledge.What i enjoy most is my work and the most challenging aspects of my job was getting my FAIS Certificate (RE5).

Overcoming failure - Rising again
A typical day at my organization will start with a walk around the Data Centre to visually check all environmental health aspects of the DC. Review overnight processing reports frop my operation team on shift and compile them into a overnight reports. I will go through mails and appointments for the day and attend to other meetings, afternoon i will generate the run schedule for the evening and night as well as schedule business requested processes to be run as requested. As a leader i have to be aproachable, consistent and fair but robust with my decisions. I have learnt to be flexible in interacting with colleagues when developing solutions and to intergrate other point of views. It is the core of what is done and its impact to the whole of the business that I regard and like Operations due to its business critical role. The most challenging aspects of the job is juggling many time critical business task execution and precise execution thereof.
Pros: There was a restructuring of business from curatorship and that let an opportunity to be part of a new brand one can grow with

Excellent learning curve
Working at african bank opens my mind and igrow withon the company from a fillinf clerk to admin clerk lastly to management.Wworking with people is something that give me joy. I learn ro be empaathetic towards orher people and huminity to carry all the time. I earn to manage others and to monitor time and to be targeet oriantatèd.
