Good experience
To work as sales Consultant for a long time is very interesting, because you gain a good idea from your colleagues. And you also being motivated in your work, i was loved my work very much. The one thing that i like most i gain a lot of experience.

Excellent experience
My work experience I would not trade it for anything. Holding it together when goings are tough. Working under pressure. Dealing with different people in all works of life.

An eye opener and excellent learning curve.
I come from the saps background, and joining the private sector was exciting and has challenges but on the positive side there are always new things to learn and one is always kept on his toes in terms of learning new technologies and improving one always, because i find competition to be stiff, but at end of the day the rewards are good if you put more effort in your work and to a certain extend you feel appreciated and in turn that brings the best out of you. There will always be challenges but it depend on how you deal with the situation thown at you, There is something to be learned.

Excellent client service
Since I start working in a banking industry at a branch level, I learner to now a person. It is important to have a good communication with your clients and colleagues. It is easy to serve a client that you understand and a colleague that you work with. When my branch reach target I become so happy. The most challenging in my work is when the client qualify highly but the want less or the client qualify less then the want high offers.

No learning opportunities
No growing opportunity stagnation no chance of improving as an indvidual. Management does not listen to employee suggestions and basic improvement suggestions

Excellent learning curve
It has been an exciting five years with lots of ups and downs. As a Senior Learning Partner I have led teams, partnered with various business units. Delivered training needs and assessments. I was part of a Development Centre. Overall it was a great five years of working in the Learning and Development space in Gauteng. Partnering with Heads and RMs and helping them achieve their learning targets.

Excellent overview
I personally enjoyed my days working with African bank, each and every day was a day of experience with co-workers, clients and management. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers learn a lot from them since I was a new comer in their branch. I have learned so many things in that company since we number of co-workers in the branch more especially i have learned the importance of listening, respect, communication, love and integrity. What i have enjoyed the most on my presence was that i was given a chance to share my thought, share my feelings, and the love i had for them and for the clients, the branch was full entertainment, team work and full of energy. The most challenging aspects of the job was customer satisfactory, meeting the sales target for the month, over all i enjoyed myself in the banking environment thank you
