Open to new experience

I like to learn new things and am a quick learner. I am a very happy person and like to laugh. I get along with new people and I make friends very quick. I always have my co-workers best interest at heart. I enjoy being in the company of my family and close friends. Family is very importend to me. I have learned something very importand at my current work, and that is that you will get good months at work and then you will get bad months, that is with conection to your performance, but the importand thing is how you recover after the bad month and how you come out from your bad month. You can not get to know a person that is always on flying high but you do get to know a person when they fall and how they get back up from that fall. The most challenging for me is to always be consistand on every call as not all the customers is the same and not all the calls are the same.

Very young and energetic environment. a typical day deals with queries and complaints. very intimate set up,everyone pretty much gets along with everyone. i have learnt people skills as well as problem solving as well as resolving complaints. most challenging aspect is dealing with various departments to gave is dealing with irate customers and learning the UK legislation laws as opposed to our South African laws when it comes to consumer rights

Excellent learning curve

Capita is a good company with a great working enviroment, colleagues become family. As dealing with customers requires great communication, problem solving. exception service, one has to always be professional, no matter what. As a webchat advisor, i need to be focussed, starting the day on a positive note, as i handle many different online queries, and I need to offer a solution, and also maintain brand protection as essentially, the compnay requires customers to operate and make profits. In my job role, I have learnt to work with speed, miimil error and achieve targets set out by the Company.

Customer service champ gironment don't agree

Leadership style worries me it's about who u know to get far hardwork and effort seems not to be a biggie recognition is hardly given . It's about whom u know in the business to see grow some managers have no sense of communication or are inexperienced on communication skill and need to be educated on how to handle certain situations.

Growth

Capita is by far the most amazing company I had the opportunity to work for. The growth in the company is phenomenal. Caoita is good company to work for. I've learned a lot and experiences amazing things. The benefits are good but as an individual the aim is to strive for more and achieve, capita has taught me a lot about dealing with customers and behavior as well as discipline. However I want to experience more in other divisions and experience more things

Big Opportunity

Firstly the senior colleagues are welcoming,caring.As a new person they treat a person with respect.Training is fun the whole 4weeks I enjoyed.Canteen is fun and their walk riot.I remember the days that I lost my 2 family members in the same week.The support I received from my co workers was amazing.The whole probation period as an agent there was a smere all the way to support you.They kept us calm and made you understand the query.Growth at Capita is Amazing.For late shift transport is provided until your doorstep.There are incentive,prizes to be won.The company is involved in charity work.Donating for poor schools,building houses etc..I loved working for Capita but for me I need something different now.

Pros: Stepping on another level in life where you as a person have to choose what you want in life.Planning is important in this company.Taking life in a serious perspective.
Cons: Long working hours as you get home tired.You don't have time for your family.

Best working experienced gained

capita has thought me a lot in this short period of time. I have gained a lot of experience as well as uplift my skills level. Its always fun coming to work as there is always new exciting things happening.

Great opportunity

Calling nurses to get updated documentation, e-filing, target set at 60 calls per day or more. Doing nursing certificate checks, criminal record checks, nurse training update checks, visa and passport check as well. Obtaining passport photos for their files and also calling just to find out if they are doing well and if they are happy with there placement. Relationship with co-workers was creative and we always motivated and helped each other where we could given that we were a start up team for a new campaign. I have learnt patience and dedication and perseverance and hard work and to put in the extra hours if needed. Getting files to complaint standard and that the nurses were happy and that i could go home and come home knowing that i had a good day and look forward to the next. Getting more files from the UK should they not have enough time to complete there work so i always had to be on top of my game.

Excellent

For the year of working at Capita it was very good. i have learned a lot. The reason for this job was to gain experience. I have learned about the following: - More about their systems. - Their way of working. - I have learned to work together in a team. - Learned to take ownership. - How to speak to customers . I have enjoyed to work with youngsters. The most challenging aspect was to get along with everyone in my team... almost everyone has very strong personalities and then also having to make target and staying on top to make bonus.

Cons: the hours from 10-7/ 11-8/ 12-9
