Its a good place to work at.They do have long hours, but its hours u will get use to. I.ll recommend any1 to work there. You will also learn a lot of things.

A new page

At my current job I am learning to work in a team and assist others more often, I implement my soft skills whilst learning new systems and new processes to follow regarding the company, I'm adapting to a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines sooner and am enjoying the constant motivation from mentors and inserting my own experience where necessary. The most challenging aspect of this job is the fact that I have to adapt to actively listening and trying to close the communication barrier as it is a UK based company so accents are different to that of my citizenship.

Excellent learning curve & gaining experience

Handling inbound calls & outbound calls. Changing tariffs & bundles Doing sim swaps Resolving customers query My relationships with my co-workers are good, no hassels they are always there to assist when I need help because theres always something new to learn and that I dont know. I have learnt more about what type of customers you will get through a regular day & how to deal with irrate customers. To stay calm and collective with difficult customers and always go the extra for customers thats what customer experience is all about . Making customers feel acknowledged, comfortable and feel at ease. I enjoy my job but sometimes its challenging because sertain customers can push you buttons

Good company

Typical work day is speaking to UK customer regarding bills, Network,Port in Port outs etc. Very difficult customer that always expect you at your best. Customers that expects you to know everything, *even things that are outside your scoup. You as the agent would still go the extra mill for exceptional customer service. My relationship with co-workers makes its a fun working environment. I enjoy going to work and I've learnt a lot from currently employeer.

Its one of the best companies to work for. Great employer treatment and awesome perks Its a huge company but you will never feel that as everyone counts and your participation is very much appreciated

A well matured customer service

A typical work work starts well but very busy as we are a very big company that assist international clients, my relationship wit co-workers is very great as we understand we are a team and we need each other to make the working space a better place. I have learned patience and the hunger to be able to assist both our clients and as well as internal clients and that is my co-workers. I enjoy team buildings and lunch hours where we get a chance to look back and discus on how we can improve the service. Challenges are when the system is down or very slow and its frustrating for the clients

Pros: nothing major that happens in the call centre. its the same routine

Taught me accountability and taking iniciative

Capita has taught me how to be accountable and taking initiative. The growth is tremendous, you have young team leaders and young managers who are excellent at what they do. They always willing to assist and understand when circumstances are tough.

Learnt to be patient.

Learnt to be patient and listen to customers complaints, I've learnt to be on time and that has added to time management Ive learnt from the company and also learnt to stand up for myself because of you do not have your back in the company they will make you a target. The relationship I have with my co-workers has been excellent as of the way we comfort each other when times are tough and we always work together to get our stats on target.
