A typical day at work was always the same by different, netting new recruits informing them on t job speck and going through process as to why thy want o apply. Why do the ink they rbes candidate for the job. Look at the research the had done when applying for the different campaigns I have always been a team player so working with my coworkers was always a joy, s wdo get our on and of day but we support one another Pros would. Calling the recruit and informing them that they are successful Cons would informing the recruit ey had been unsuccessful the position

Very young and energetic environment. a typical day deals with queries and complaints. very intimate set up,everyone pretty much gets along with everyone. i have learnt people skills as well as problem solving as well as resolving complaints. most challenging aspect is dealing with various departments to gave is dealing with irate customers and learning the UK legislation laws as opposed to our South African laws when it comes to consumer rights

Exellent learning curve
Capita has taught me so much, its a great place to get exposure, the training they implement to up skill you as well. I enjoyed communicating and assisting my customers to the fullest, i loved building rapport with them. The most difficult part of my job is when customers are irate because the previous adviaor hasnt completed what they should have, and to me to assist the customer to the best of your ability doesnt mean to rush through everything to keep your tcht on target, if you do things do it properly.

Excellent learning curve
i am a hardworking individual that adapts very easily to ones surroundings i like to work on my own or with a team doesnt matter to me as long as the work gets done at the end of the day, i work well under pressure as well and i speak very fluent English , i also like to keep my work rate to a minimum of 90% and upwards i am a big time keeper and like to be at a place an hour before the time to prepare myself i do this aswell when i am working as i know i can get ready for the day

Very customer centric
I analyse agets calls against the company's quality standards, I engage with agents giving them feedback and creating action plans to help improve their focus areas. I've learnt how to communicate with different people on a level that they understand and are willing to receive information and feedback from me. I enjoy helping my agents achieve and maintain the quality standards as well as meet and surpass the customer's expectations.

Fast Learner
I am a very vibrant individual who is able to adapt to any environment that I am placed in. As I am a am a extroverted person I enjoy socializing with different individuals and on a daily basis I am a positive thinker who has a anything is possible type of attitude. I am very vibrant attitude i like to uplift others during the day and have a very good relationship with others during the the day and I have learnt that I can get along with lots of people and enjoy the environment even the job and position I am in. The most challenging things that i have faced in my position is learning that as people we are all different and we need to learn to adapt to others and teach people more about what is happening in regards to there problems and how we will get that fixed. Nothing is really stressing me out as I always see the positive and look at how it can be improved

Big Opportunity
Firstly the senior colleagues are welcoming,caring.As a new person they treat a person with respect.Training is fun the whole 4weeks I enjoyed.Canteen is fun and their walk riot.I remember the days that I lost my 2 family members in the same week.The support I received from my co workers was amazing.The whole probation period as an agent there was a smere all the way to support you.They kept us calm and made you understand the query.Growth at Capita is Amazing.For late shift transport is provided until your doorstep.There are incentive,prizes to be won.The company is involved in charity work.Donating for poor schools,building houses etc..I loved working for Capita but for me I need something different now.
Pros: Stepping on another level in life where you as a person have to choose what you want in life.Planning is important in this company.Taking life in a serious perspective.
Cons: Long working hours as you get home tired.You don't have time for your family.

Best working experienced gained
capita has thought me a lot in this short period of time. I have gained a lot of experience as well as uplift my skills level. Its always fun coming to work as there is always new exciting things happening.

Great opportunity
Calling nurses to get updated documentation, e-filing, target set at 60 calls per day or more. Doing nursing certificate checks, criminal record checks, nurse training update checks, visa and passport check as well. Obtaining passport photos for their files and also calling just to find out if they are doing well and if they are happy with there placement. Relationship with co-workers was creative and we always motivated and helped each other where we could given that we were a start up team for a new campaign. I have learnt patience and dedication and perseverance and hard work and to put in the extra hours if needed. Getting files to complaint standard and that the nurses were happy and that i could go home and come home knowing that i had a good day and look forward to the next. Getting more files from the UK should they not have enough time to complete there work so i always had to be on top of my game.
