Great learning curve,
Working with different client teaches you to always stay humble. I have learnt to put other people's needs before mine because when you working with clients their need comes first, that is why I try to the best of my abilities to satisfy every client that comes to my desk for any kind of assistance. Working with other people has taught me to take ownership of one's actions and not blame the other person. I work in an environment where we hold each other accountable in a sense that when your work is slacking we tell you in a respectful manner.

Good in marketing, good listening skills to make sure I’ve understood a client
I learnt to be able to work with a team, work under pressure and to work on time when working. I learnt to be professional always smile for clients, leave personal problems at the door.

Always striving to make targets and go the extra mile in excelling a clients need.
Always making sure the client is satisfied. You do mostly everything from client service to technician work eg fixing pc card printers atms. The company is great for exprerience but doing the same thing over and over gets tiring and you need to explore othe opportunities you saw you could do within this field

A good working invironment,also job security is very important to me as a parent,place were I grow with the company hope seeing myself being 1 of the top management because I love challenges n learning new things that will help me grow as a person within the company.

Learning and development are crucial, keeping up with competitors and gadgets, applications being used are done on a regular basis. Treating clients with respect and being disciplined as well as being neat and tidy are things that we are taught

Excellent customer service
I have 7 years’ experience in dealing directly with clients which is something that I love and enjoy doing, I am currently working for one of the busiest banks, where I serve at least 50 walk in clients in a day, this has taught me nothing but customer satisfaction, patience, multitasking, time management, problem solving, performance management and team work. I can make a productive contribution given a chance to your department because of my personal attribution of initiative and commitment, good customer service, interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, communication skills(verbal and nonverbal)attention to detail, innovative thinking abilities, sales experience, computer skills such as an understanding of Microsoft office and Email.

I have gained so much knowledge but would like a different challenge
I have learnt good communication skills,time management and prioritizing. A good team creates good result,hence I am all for a positive team spirit and boosting staff morale.
