Excellent learning curve
Over all it was OK but I would like to get another job because this one is very exhaustinh for such little salary. It's nice working with clients I enjoy assisting them but I feel like the salary is both enough for the amount of work I do
Pros: Great experience
Cons: Very long hours

Excellent sales consultant experience
Normally as second Incharge I start my day with a start up meeting. Do an energizer with my team to get them energized and ready to work. I'd do telemarketing, Sell fixed term credit, open savings accounts, switch external banking clients to full time salary Capitec Bank clients and sell credit cards to clients. I'd do onboarding for new employees. I enjoy interacting with clients but mostly motivating my team members to perform.
Pros: Great sales experience. You become an all round consultant who can sell any product and perform numerous duties
Cons: Takes long to grow

Great company to work for, with all the experience I gained for all the past years
I like the ups and challenges that we face on daily basis, and when a client walks out with a smiling face, regardless of whether their needs are met or not. Working as a team to achieve our individual budgets as we work towards one goal as a team, it makes the working invironment so good. Being able to take responsibility and ownership from my actions makes me realise the growth in me from all the years in the company.
Pros: Great opportunity to stand in for management wen I'm needed to do so.
Cons: Not achieving monthly budget/target

Learning to think on my feet.
I have been working in the banking sector for almost a year now and in all honesty it wasn't what I expected or maybe it's because this was my first job and I had never worked before. I now have a clear idea of what is expected of me in a work environment, what it means to work as a team, take direction and make things your own for your best performance, take criticism without being defensive, be calm through stressful situations/interactions with clients and put the company's interest and image before my own. On a normal day I deal with 50 to 100 people of different age and race all with different problems and one has to adjust themself accordingly for each one. I've learnt to be kinder to people's situations but still maintain my professionalism.
Pros: Performance driven salary
Cons: Longer hours than other banks, but still lesser pay and unguaranteed performance appraisal.

Miss
With my current work its a great experience i ever had. Being there for each other. Willingness tp learn from other people. Ability to understand the strength nd weak points of 1individual. That opportunity to share and listen to each others curve bols and try to solve them as a team. Mostly is beong there for each. Stamding for each person and not undermining if a person has lack information of something else.
Pros: When you are willing to learn you get that opportunity to be helped in development. Be a humble person helped me in achieving alot in my company like having bonuses when i achieved my targets, quartely incentives and motivational speeches
Cons: 8 hours a day when you are dealing with a diffucult client and yet you need to calm down and address that person in a respectful manner

Learning curve, continues learning environment
Favoritism, long working hours you don’t get time to spend with your family, too much expected from a consultant, not too much opportunities to fulfill your goals, no time to study further
Pros: Learning organizations
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent to work there but is too much of playing school .
Excellent learning everyday you learn and targets to make. Make clients happy and work environment is very dangerous as it is a high crime zone. Looking for something more in the corperate industry and for what I have learned for. I have study financial management and would like a job in that direction. Dont want to work for targets anymore.
Pros: The opportunity is there to grow in the company but targets is not for me.
Cons: Working on some holidays and the long hours and every Saturday working does not do it for me.
