Good Learning Experience

At Capitec Bank the work environment is very knowledgeable, you learn to do alot in a short amount of time. You learn about team work and how to reach targets together. You also learn how to work independently. Hours are very very long and that kinda takes alot out of you. Co-workers are sometimes difficult as it is general mix of all races, languages and colours. Managers are sometimes pathetic and they only do as they are told.

Autocratic Managers

Managers with superiority complex making staff feel inferior. Does not want to hear concerns of employees. Managers threaten staff if opinions are voiced.

I enjoy working with a group of people who are open to learning and teaching one another.

There’s too much expected from ach employee especially at our level(service consultants). We fon’t have a specific occupation we do everything from sales, adkin, telemarketing, filing and we ste tellers as well.Its good for our growth as we sre exposed to all kinds of responsibilities but the salary we get acter each month its not worth half of what we do.

Pros: Good relationship with co-workers
Cons: Dysfunctional team, I get frustrated easily.

Great learning opportunity

One great thing about working for the company is that you grow as a person because there is so much to learn.The work environment is not that great as we have lots of challenges regarding how we being managed as empolyees and the amount of pressure.However it is a great start to anyone's career as you learn alot from client service and growing as a person.

Good entry to banking

Not a very good company to work for people in branches are okay but too much agendas and politics to get ahead especially from management My time there I learnt good management practices but it was never put into play its all about who you know and how much sales you can make

Great place to work. Managers lack qualifications and emotional intelligence. Apart from That, there's lots to learn. Meeting new people and solving problems.

Marketing skill and selling skills

I am a funny person like to have some jokes with my team or colleagues, I am very good when it comes to selling and convincing as like give a clients a clear picture or good understanding about the product, what is working for me to produce good result i serve with a smile and follow the business ethics, I work as a team also as an individual I like to to share some tips with my colleagues for all of us to produce good results, I love laughing but i don't like it when am being provoked am a straight talker.
