A typical day at office would be to have a start up meeting, motivating and encouraging my team of ladies for the challenges of the day, learning from each other the obstacles of the previous day. Discuss the stats and production requirements. Whereafter I will go to my emails to ensure that all complaints received are investigated and detailed feedback provided. Liaising with other departments and external vendors and provide feedback within the agreed SLA's. Ensure that all reports are submitted on time and with accuracy.

Excellent learning curve
I have gained great experience in the cooperate industry with my first working experience being with one of the largest retail institutions, and then moved to financial institutions as customer service agent. Through these years I have gained a lot of interpersonal skills and customer service skills. I gained a high level customer service, office management and general business administration. Telephone etiquette and people skills are one of the strongest experiences I have acquired.
Pros: Dealing with different queries on daily basis, learning new thing everyday. New products every now and then.

Great enthusiastic team
I had worked in a banking sector for period of 12 years and had a great team. I used to enjoy the brain storming sessions, teambuilding and the annual conferences we used to engage in. My boss was a very liberal and charismatic leader who put lot of effort to ensure that we are well equipped with knowledge and experience in order to add value to our company. I worked with lot of professional people who always motivated us to study and to always be pro-active and get involved in each and every task irrespective that it's on a management level of intermediary. I had lots of great fun working with my team.

Great leadership qualities
Customer service , engaging with clients infforning them about our products, conducting telemarketing of products that Capitec offers that they are not aware of. Also create practices and strategies of how we can maintain our customer base by using customer relationships management.

Major development
Capitec bank is one of.the biggest growing company.I work.in the busy branch..it's good because It makes me stronger.quicker to service clients in efficient way.I experience different challanges daily.team work is very important in our branch..I enjoy to even manage people..most.of.all I enjoy customer satisfaction..happier working environment

A great learning and working experience
Working with Capitec is such a great experience for growth. Working directly with customers teaches you more about the value of customers which is inline with company values, it teaches you what it means to go an extra mile in your work and lots about patience. Capitec grooms you to understand business outside and inside of Capitec, because working with clients directly to represent the company in helping clients live better and bank better also assisting them to meet their financial need, is great to groom you as a person and to understand business. Company values in-line with my day to day job have helped me discover my self, have groomed me on how to take ownership of my work and my working space, how to work with other in achieving 1 goal and how to work better and more calm under press of meeting targets.

I'm a goal oriented individual who strives for excellence in every department if my work. I also have a strong willingness to learn coupled with a student mentality, so with me, there is always room for improvement. I love working towards a deadline as it keeps me disciplined & on my toes. I love working with a team to allow for different ideas and also faster development & growth.

Excellent learning curve
I work very well with people and always willing to learn new things and assist other should there be a need, i am very curious and focused makes me a fast learner and a great leader. I always look for opportunities to grow with the company .
