This is a great company to work it . but in the long run you are struggling to get to love the jjob because of the management movement of doing things . You are highly pressured into doing things that aren't part of your job description. & you suffer the consequences if you dont complete such objectives on your performance appraisal and end up not getting increases.
Pros: Healthy working environment
Cons: Long hours. Insanely amount of unnecessary work pinned on you

I am a young lady who is always ready to learn new things, I am open mind, actually open to change, to kne ideas and new environment, which I manage to adapt to change. I am vibrant and I am always open for working as a team which then helps me to be open minded.

Excellent platform for work experience
excellence in seek, plan and share. Excellent in unlocking your potential. With this company you learn everyday new things, they put clients first but teaching consultants and make sure they well aware of the product and understand it perfectly so clients will be at ease that their money is safe with Capitec Bank. They invest a lot for their reputation and clients financial well-being and employees in terms of gain wider perspective in life.

Well organised,a hard worker and I work under lot of pressure

Exploration of the system
My time at my current employer has given much knowledge, in the short space of time I have been given opportunities of working on different parts of the system from Frontend UI development and functionality to Micro-service development and its integration into the Front end, I've worked with servers and Databases. It was been a very wealthy experience that has strengthened my skills both on a professional and personal capacity. Working with a small team has helped with connecting the many moving parts of the system during development

Excellent Learning journey
Competitive, passionate environment that constantly requires one's maximum input and intensity. Challenging and often exciting environment to be involved in. The transparency and purpose driven up-down communications/interactions that were implemented as years progressed were extremely good for progressive minded individuals and allowed/encouraged personal growth. A lot of growth opportunities in the earlier years, which naturally slow down as the company grows slower. Although the company has actively tried to improve perks, and other staff disgruntlement's year on year as it growth; this remains a much needed focal point. The long hours and travel in my case due to the regional structure are however often strenuous. Set-up however is often seen to be stifling due to the rigid and compliance nature of the job; minimizing innovative initiatives.
Pros: Company has adopted a learning culture which is good for one's own mental and personal growth.
Cons: Limited cross departmental movement opportunities

Honest review
good entry level job, growth is possible but not financially rewarding, very small or no salary increase if you promoted. job does not provide you with any skills except customer service so don't expect to learn much, u will only be able to work in capitec with the knowledge you gain. Bursaries are very difficult to get. If you have no experience or qualifications then this is a great opportunity for you.
Pros: the job is pretty easy to do.
Cons: poor provident fund, R400 medical cont, very low management salaries.
