I have end to end claims knowledge, I am willing to learn new aspects within the business - I do reporting when required for the campaign manager. I am a second in charge so I have to watch over the team and make decisions. Working with new and old colleagues.

Poor room for growth and poor working conditions.

Really poor working environment. Unrealistic demands are constantly placed on staff to achieve targets. Recruiting of inexperienced staff just to fill seats and then it becomes the team managers duty to teach basic things like computer skills and telephone skills and even how to speak English in a proper manner.

Speaking to friendly and humble people and assisiting as much as I can.

A typical work day includes speaking to different customers. I have a great relationship with all my co-workers as ll of them like and accepted me. I have learnt to be patient and how to use various systems. I enjoy my lunch time and break time where I can speak and communicate with my co-workers. I have not experienced any challenges at yet.

Great experience

Answer incoming calls.Learned how to communicate and build rapport with customers and provide information or solutions to any problems or inquiries from the customer about the network or service. Learned how to work in a team for better results ,provide assistance for other team members and exceed customer expectations by providing good customer Service.

Personal growth and experience

-Working at this company is great mostly when it comes to it being the biggest contact centre in Durban. there is growth as there is a stepup programme, this programme deals with employees who have more than six month experience in the company this enables you to apply for any senior position available, however there are tests,training and interviews that one goes through in order to be the right candidate for the job. -A typical work day is everyday doing the same thing over and over again is exhausting, as i love to challenge myself do different things and see where my strength lies -What i've learnt is to communicate effeciently with our clients and customers from overseas, i can also say my computer skills have developed -My relationship with co-workers is great as i get along with everyone, we learn and teach each other new things everyday. Work related or personal, but we in it to grow and develop into better case managers and individuals.

Pros: there is a step up programme which one can apply for when u have been with the company for 6 months upwards, great attendance and have encountered no warnings in the time you have been in the company.
Cons: the hours are too much when you earn that much, 10 hours for 4000 is not reasonable at all

Excellent learning experience

The working hours are too long and felt that was being under paid. Working at CCI gave me a chance in getting to work well with different people as the company has a large number of employees. It was challenging having to meet daily targets.

Great communication skills

The working environment ia great. We work as a family and also help one another to deliever great services to customers as a team. The worst experience is understanding the customers aince I was working for a UK campaign.

Good learning experience

It is a good platform for new job seekers to learn,and the incentives are good it is also a good environment to grow you get to learn more of different types of people and you learn to blend in with groups and your team,they have benefits of a medical and also have a driving School if you want to learn for driving if you working night shifts they have a night shift allowance there are good and bad days sometimes your day starts with a very angry caller but you learn how to deal with things like that day by day, what is nice is that as a team you are allowed to have birthday partys bring nice stuff to eat and play music.

Excellent learner with great potential

I'm a metured worker and love a challenges . Alwys very trustworthy and on time service delivery. Put my heart into my work and i have exellent results with clients even my very challenging clients comes back and thank me for good service. My collages knows i am reliable person that they can rely on and take on any challenge given to me. They love me for my strong knowledge building up over the year's. Funloving yet strong worker.

Pros: I is a trustworthy company around for long.
Cons: i dont mined working the longer hours as long as it's with in the decided schedule. and paid overtime..

Excellent learning curve

I would say working at CCI has taught me the good and bad side of the corporate world, I have learnt that as an employee of a big company like CCI ,you need take ownership of the business brand, you need to represent the company in a good way, also put your self in the shoes of the customers when they call in with regards to the company's bad service, I have also learnt to multi task as we would simultaneously talk to more than one customer.
