Excellent learning curve

My relationship with my colleagues was good never experienced any problems. I've learned a lot in engaging with others e.g race,age group, religion. was once recognized as one of the top performer I enjoyed working with my team because each an every employee was given a chance to prove myself on performance as well as to keep track of your target and your KPI's as an individual. The most challenging expect was to work long shift including weekend's and marathon which makes it harder to even get time to attend some of your personal needs. E.g assignments as I am studying part time

Learning curve

At CCI we work for Talk Talk an UK telecommunications company, we are basically the contact centre. My department is retains, we deal with customers who wants to leave the company,or who wants to upgrade theor contract or downgrade. So far we are still under training, in my whole life I never thought I would work at a call centre let alone enjoy working there . I have enjoyed working there and I have so far grew mentally, I think and loom at life diffirently now. I have more confident in myself now , I have great communication skills now then before. The challenge is that we get 2-11 pm shifts.

Great learning opportunity

Working at CCI gave me a great opportunity to learn and enhance my skills. Handling and resolving customer's issue gave me some form of satisfaction. I was able to gain substantial knowledge with regards to dealing with different types of customers and how to react to different situations.

Excellent lerning curve

i learnt to work variety shifts, working with the team.i know how to handle irrate customer,advise customer on how to load airtime, advise sub on what happened to their airtime. teaching customer about mtn products n new promotion

Great learning environment

Cci was a great learning curve

Cci has taught me alot and I have learnt alot and grew my weaknesses as well as strengthen my strengths to great potential enabling me to overcome and resolve any situation or problem at hand

Good earning potential

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm, I am also available immediately.
