Working for one of the world's largest international call centres constantly stimulates growth and development with a strong foundation that's structured with three strong pillars, which are one family one dream, want to work not need to work and performance through people. Call center environment
Company is a decent environment lota of money to be made however the night shift i cant cope with 12pm-10am. The incentives are really great if yoy are looking for a step into the right direction and into your firat job cci will definitely be the place for you. But as it stands today i require growth and feel as though it is time to branch off into new adventures.

It has been long journey
it has been a long journey it feels. it is challenging and pushes you to work hard and smart and be in control with your self. i have learnt that i work good with other people coming from different backgrounds and culture. the challenging part has been the time where they change your supervisor,but out of work environment i have learnt to not hold on things of the past but always looking forward and trying new things

I learned a lot at CCI being at the company u no how to work with different people and different religion.also being in a company it really makes me respect and love people cause you share ideas team work ,work long hours and different shifts

Fast learner, anything that I'm taught in the first attempt will catch on
I get along with people very easily there is no type of person that I can't build a relationship with its not me. The enjoy my current role because I see the difference I make I like to know that I have the control of my making people happy to come to work and do their job knowing that there someone they can rely on and will not judge them thats the type of person I am. I have learnt exceptional excel knowledge, how to react when faced with a difficult situation, how to react when I'm under pressure, dealing with multiple deadlines at once, interacting with people from different backgrounds and on a higher pay grade then me. I don't take no for an answer i make the impossible possible on most occasions but obviously I can't do this on my own I have a team in place and I'm always willing to hear their input. Team work makes the dream work

Ecxellent learnong curve
working in the call centre has helped me alot with meeting and working with different types of people. i've gained knowledge on how to carry yourself in the work environment, what expected from workers and how o best solve solutions

Good
Excellent experience at cci they give every individual a chance to become a better individual in terms of growth. They acknowledge every individual. I started my journey at cci when I was just 19 years old and have earned a prosperous amount from cci I left after years due to the campaign downsizing I then moved to another company and back to cci once again I've grown as an individual and have learnt alot from my peers and I have excelled within the company moving from agent to manager, I completed step up learning more about being a manager and how to assist agents fairly and not hastily this as really helped me.

There is basically room for growth
Besides the fact that there are long hours and short breaks in between... I feel like there is too much pressure. Though challenge is good, I learnt how to problem solve more adequately as well as giving good customer service. There are very supportive team leaders.

Excellent learning curve
My relationship with my colleagues was good never experienced any problems. I've learned a lot in engaging with others e.g race,age group, religion. was once recognized as one of the top performer I enjoyed working with my team because each an every employee was given a chance to prove myself on performance as well as to keep track of your target and your KPI's as an individual. The most challenging expect was to work long shift including weekend's and marathon which makes it harder to even get time to attend some of your personal needs. E.g assignments as I am studying part time
