Rapid growth in a large scale which is essential to human skills

It's was a great experience which thought me a great lesson about humanity which revieled to me solidarity among people in general is very effective to any large scale companys productiveness. It though me how important it's is to create the human spirit amongst colleagues as we are the operations and the continuouty of the establishment.

Cons: it's policies are biased to oppress the human capital to literally being as per human capital

Excellent learner with great potential

I'm a metured worker and love a challenges . Alwys very trustworthy and on time service delivery. Put my heart into my work and i have exellent results with clients even my very challenging clients comes back and thank me for good service. My collages knows i am reliable person that they can rely on and take on any challenge given to me. They love me for my strong knowledge building up over the year's. Funloving yet strong worker.

Pros: I is a trustworthy company around for long.
Cons: i dont mined working the longer hours as long as it's with in the decided schedule. and paid overtime..

Good

Excellent experience at cci they give every individual a chance to become a better individual in terms of growth. They acknowledge every individual. I started my journey at cci when I was just 19 years old and have earned a prosperous amount from cci I left after years due to the campaign downsizing I then moved to another company and back to cci once again I've grown as an individual and have learnt alot from my peers and I have excelled within the company moving from agent to manager, I completed step up learning more about being a manager and how to assist agents fairly and not hastily this as really helped me.

Challenging

CCI is a great place to work at, challenging at all times, as we work for customers that are based in the UK. I would say working there has helped me alot in terms knowing how to deal with different people and it had taught me patience, one bad thing I would point out about CCI is the working hours, as we should atleast be compatible with UK hours.

Customer service is wonderful

The experience in customer service is excellent and it is eye opening because you get to understand how it is like to assist angry customers and the company is a very big and diverse environment

Excellent stepping stone

I loved working for CCI it was a fun and lively company to work for with a diverse culture base. The company knew exactly what they were doing when it came to training inexperienced staff, fine tuning them to be equipt for the campaign they were to be placed in. I learned alot from being employed at CCI some good and some not so good but that was minimal. I had to take leave of absence from my position due to personal/traditional purposes & my heart bleeds everytime i think about all I had to leave behind. The challenged I faced was just 1 in particular (how to deliver bad news to a valued customer) it was as if i was breaking a close friends heart. On the flip side I learned that not my working environment is a place where i spend 80% of my time and my co-workers were my family away from home and they helped turn a bad day around but also a good day into a not so good day as every family member can haha but we non the less everyday was great one.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Long working hours short breaks
