Excellent learning curve
Typical day at work would be receiving calls from customers having technical fault so I would troubleshoot the fault using their landline to run checks.. customers are mostly angry cause they pay but their services are not working so I have to always stay calm.its very fun at work relaxed environment.i have learnt a lot and thank you CCI for this opportunity as this was my first call center experience and I'm now more confident in answering calling and dealing with very difficult customers..also handling high volume of calls.Difficult part of the job is dealing with furious customers .

I enjoyed It.
I enjoyed working with my co-workers as i was a happy person and a typical day for me will be when most my customers will decline on getting they deals yet i give them a month to month contract to boost they credit. i have learnt alot that every person is different and always go all out to help them and listenning skills is the key to a great sales agent.

Not the best place to grow
Terrible growth structure for people that want to progress fairly. Only those that have friends in higher management progress and fail later on due to poor judgement by their peers.

Salary doesn't match the workload and hours given by employees.
Black people are not given a chance to grow within the company and they make it hard for you to even have a chance to make at least R5000 - 10 000 . the very beat you can be is being an agent. I don't mean to say its a bad company but I'm just not happy with the way employees are treated and there is nothing that can be done to change that because there is only Indian people on management. There is not life dues to long hours of labour.

Learning curves
A usual working day is not to bad as we deal with rude clients on a daily base, aside from that we have good relations with co workers as its one goal that we working towards, the 10 hour shift can get hectic at times but we got to stick it out.

Always be open to learn every hour of every day
Oworking at cci i realised how competetitive a call centre enviroment can be trying to meet target regardles of the obsticles nor the data you have been given. With this i have learnt to always look for an opportunity to make that sale even if there no loop hole i can see cause u never know when u give a person a customer service experience they ease their hearts and stories giving u all the position the obligation for them to see the need of ur product and benefit and how it fits in their lives then make them realise they have already taken it. With all that presure always being open to learning is a big thing not only from ur leaders but mostly from the people around u ur peers cause u may be strong somewhere but need asistance at some areas where u would find that ur nearest colegues are strong

Good it give you experience to deal with people
it a good learning curve if u looking for job experience, you able to gain alot and learn how to interact with different people from different cultures. Learn how to work underpressure as work is due to you every day and messures ur performance.

Excellent learning curve
I currently manage 155 advisors with 12 Team Leaders on one campaign and 30 agents with 3 Team Leaders on a seperate campaign. My designation depends on me liasing between the outsourced partner and my employer and staff under my umbrella. Regards,
