We had a leadership for call center consultant and we got NQ4 level for

It a very good environment go start off..they give you many company benefits as well as an opportunity to grow your self for future.they build you in a way that you get ready for anything comes your way...they have lot of incentives and parties for stuff

Pros: Well as I was n agent we had opportunity to became team managers if you are a top agent.
Cons: Well it quit long it 10 hours

Excellent learning curve, I've learned more than I ever thought I would of learned about people.

The company on a whole is good, however with the right management it could be better. People feel over worked and under paid, you need to keep your employees happy if you don't want them to leave.

Pros: In the beginning there opportunity for growth was limitless, or at least that's what it seemed like

Different experience with UK customers.

Customers call for contracts upgrades, cancellations, re contracts or queries. We document every call and all actions and conversation. We use different systems to do changes and sales on our pc's. Every customer must recieve a great customer experience thus is how we recieve our commission based on the quality of our calls, attendance and adhering to score card on system. We have a great work relationship with our team manager and colleagues and have built a very close bond. The most challenging part of the job are the hours and them not corresponding with the pay. But as challenging as the job can be its a great learning curve and you learn alot everyday.

Pros: There is a step up program for growth and you work for incentives and commission.
Cons: Hours are too long and salary

Excellent learning curve

Large company with the bottom line being the ultimate goal. Misconceptions of certain acquired employees. Sharing of ideas and concepts not exercised. Opportunities for growth present however minimal.

I learned a lot at CCI being at the company u no how to work with different people and different religion.also being in a company it really makes me respect and love people cause you share ideas team work ,work long hours and different shifts

Fast learner, anything that I'm taught in the first attempt will catch on

I get along with people very easily there is no type of person that I can't build a relationship with its not me. The enjoy my current role because I see the difference I make I like to know that I have the control of my making people happy to come to work and do their job knowing that there someone they can rely on and will not judge them thats the type of person I am. I have learnt exceptional excel knowledge, how to react when faced with a difficult situation, how to react when I'm under pressure, dealing with multiple deadlines at once, interacting with people from different backgrounds and on a higher pay grade then me. I don't take no for an answer i make the impossible possible on most occasions but obviously I can't do this on my own I have a team in place and I'm always willing to hear their input. Team work makes the dream work

Salary doesn't match the workload and hours given by employees.

Black people are not given a chance to grow within the company and they make it hard for you to even have a chance to make at least R5000 - 10 000 . the very beat you can be is being an agent. I don't mean to say its a bad company but I'm just not happy with the way employees are treated and there is nothing that can be done to change that because there is only Indian people on management. There is not life dues to long hours of labour.

Pros: Good customer experience
Cons: Hours are long and they don't match the salary, its always about the company first and then workers
