Challenging work environment
Working with people is my strong point, learning how to deal with each customer because not all their needs are the same. The most important thing I learnt is patience and how to control a difficult situation such as an unhappy client. I worked with very experienced individuals and I had to catch up and match up to their efficiency. The working environment was not what I expected however I was able to work and figure it out. I take away from the experience that people and different but If the organization has the same rules applicable to everyone it makes it easier to follow through.

Field Service Executive review
I travel, meet with trade partners, manage the brand &its products, resolve issues, escalations, adhock requests and reports. fostering relationships, being top of mind with Trade partners, engaging with them & gaining valuable insight of competitors. Understanding the concept of building good relationships with both customers & Trade partners, managing these relationships & maintaining them. Giving solutions where there is a challenge & to resolve any queries or complaints there may be regarding the brand, ensuring the brand communicates the same message across all channels in the trade. I love being part of a solution, interacting with different individuals & equipping them with knowledge. I love the changes that come with being in this industry because there is no getting comfortable as there is always a challenge & equally so an opportunity to learn and impart knowledge.

Cons: Depending on Key Account Managers for solutions in different channels.

My clients are always happy and only return to see me if they need anything. I build that strong relationships with all my clients as I take my job serious and I always strive to be better so I can be a success and help the team achieve greatness

Great Experience
It was a great experience, taught me alot about myself my strengths and weaknesses. I became a leader and team player and the results were great. The management & staff was very friendly and supportive. Its been a pleasure

No Growth
It's not a nice place working there. There's no growth and their salary is bad. Leak of managing skills Ignorant management Poor working environment The money is so small I heard fellow employees saying Jo'burg and kzn are getting better leads unlike us at Bloemfontein. It's not nice working at a place where you know you won't grow. It's discouraging.
