Being in the management aspect
dealing with customers over the phone busy environment work hand in hand with the team and managment iv learnt alot being an agent and experiencing a management position i enjoy working with my team the most having to make sure that your customers are happy and your colledgues aswell are happy to give out that good customer centricy.

Great work culture
We ha e a really great team, everyone trusts everyone and makes sure each individual is taken care of be it meals for lunch or funds for transportation. We always looking out for one another, we keep a high energy environment that keeps everyone wanting to come to work and customers feel at home.

It's great being a promoter you get to travel alot and see new places, new people and you make friends with other promoters'. One of the challenges is not getting enough sleep because we travel for hours and we work on our feet.
