Good Learning curve
I work for the biggest company where I meet different consultants everyday, I get along with my co-workers so well and I enjoy being a consultant. What I enjoy the most is dealing with different customers with different attitudes everyday, in my that matter ive learned to deal with customers in a calm spirit. Well the most challenging thing at work is when you don't meet your daily targets

Great Culture
A typical day at the work place offers new challenges with an equal opportunity to grow and develop. The atmosphere and culture of the business has diverse, wonderful people to work with, each person brings out the best in you in their own. There is a level of trust among peers and each department works exceptionally well together. With each challenge and responsibility provides its own level of pressure. If the processes and order of systems are followed correctly, this will minimize the pressure one might feel and open up new possibilities for growth and learning. The business culture allows for free ideas to flow, encouraging the workers to challenge themselves personally. I have learnt how to optimize my time correctly so that all deadlines are met in due time. I have also up-skilled myself in presentations, data collection and analysis, excel proficiency and reporting. Every company has their pros and cons, this company outweighs the rest

Excellent learning curve
Cell C is a great company with a great culture. One of the best reasons I enjoy going there everyday are the people! When I joined the company I was coming from a management background and I now wish to get back into that space.

Great Learning Experience
Providing support to the Team: Assisting with escalations, Updating Team Stats, Sending reports to relevant stakeholders and to the team. Creating processes. Written Correspondence, Provide support to customers who wants to port to CELL C, Provide support to internal departments and Cell C stores regarding porting queries, Provide support to other PST’s (Telkom Mobile, Vodacom, MTN, and inter SPs).

Great Challenge and a friendly working environment. A can do attitude type of corperate environment
Reporting directly to the EPMO Exec Head. Main objective is to program manage multiple projects from formal approved initiation through to the operational delivery of such business initiatives

Excellent
It was very nice working for my previous company,the working hours were fair and I enjoyed a lot. The contract ended so I couldn't continue working there.

Good learning curve many things was stolen with thee eye not much training
Good to work for them just long overs an they don't realy see what you do for the company if they need some or ask you to work they don't pay you for tat day just assume to give you a other day off

I learned a lot as we would go for training at times for new things in the company.
I had a great experience as it was my second job and we had a great relationship with each other it felt like home though at times we had our differences but we always found a way to solve them. We loved our customers that even when they were passing by they always greeted us and they knew where to come when they needed help we worked extra miles just to see them walking out smiling.
Pros: I was working hard to see my self getting promoted
