I would like to work in a office where i would use typing machine and have a good relationship with my people who we work on the same industry. I would like to give our customers good service so that they will leave a store being happy, and by doing that I'll increase the bottom line of the business.

Good learning curve
-Very challenging work every day, -The relationship with staff, was very good, they willing to share information regarding what they are being trained for, - I've learned that the most important thing is to have a good relationship with co-workers, peers in order to get good results. - Most important part that I've enjoyed, that if I'm helping customers, giving them the best they need or enquire anything within the company. -Working long hours and overtime always, sometimes you don't get paid for it at your salary, thats very challenging abs and demotivates.

Excellent
To work at checkers as manager is challenging but also interesting. I enjoy working to deal with difficult customers. Most challenging thing is to work with staff that is difficult and act as if they don't understand and always say I don't know when they are wrong. To train them always and when they have to help customer run away to take responsibility. What I have learned is to patient and always smile to make my customers happy. I have also learned that customer is always right. No customer must leave the store unhappy. Customer is my salary.

Learned how to continuously matain hygiene and much care to customers.
Loading and offloading trucks, cleaning stock room on daily basis, helping merchandisers find the right stock for customers, picking and packing stock in the warehouse, assisting in counting the stock that comes in daily and helping bulk buyers counting as well as taking out the stock.
Pros: I have learned to interact well with customers as well as keeping hygiene first.
Cons: More load of work in the last honours of the day.

Great communication ground
Well i can say that is the best to be because unlike most jobs there you have the opportunity to work with different people/customers everyday. maybe challenging nd fun most times because one gets the chance to be happy when going to and at work cause you always looking forward to a new day and a lit of different people of which that builds a great communicating ability And other staff members are like family there are few small twist here and there but if they are handled in a position manner they make the workplace feels home Learn much on taking orders and following them as they are so i can reach the daily goal,so working under pressure is no longer an issue

Learning phase
This company was just a learning curve for me, I taught myself how to be patient and actually work under pressure . It is indeed a nice experience though the working hours are too much and the money is too little for the amount of work one works at.
