Excellent learning curve in my life
I am very close to my co workers management included we are one happy family. But time gets to that point where you have to look at what you want in life for yourself and your family. Life is getting expensive and person must strive to get better when the oppurtunity is available. I have learnt alot in my almost 3 years at Checkers Firstly cashier work then Supervisor to Money Market Clerk. Sometimes i lend a hand where they need me....
Pros: Good learning levels
Cons: Hours are 8 per day work 5 days a week and 2 days off

Excellect communication skills
I have good communication with staff, able to solve problems working at checkers give me opportunity to learn how to keep a customer happy always,on how to deal with any angry customer, how to keep calm any angry customer, how to solve a problem for the customer most of all I've learned that you have to always makes sure that you always give more, What I enjoy the most working with people because I'm one person who is friendly always smile and always help where I have to. When it's come to challenges it's when you have to deal with the issues, like when any employee will complain about her/his salary that is when u have to come in and out to solve the problem

Well trained
I started as a packer at checkers. I Got an promotion to be a cashier . I was already got an experience as a cashier but they did train me to used their system they were kind . they taught me how to work with other people and how to treat the customers.

Excellent learning curve
started off as a cashier and worked my way in various admin departments within the stores of Checkers. cash office clerk, data capturer, pricing and stock ledger and receiving admin clerk. was given the great opportunity to become trainee manager and on completion , was appointed as branch admin manager. it has been a pleasure to work for a growing and dynamic company. there is also great demands as working longer hours including public holidays and sundays can tire one self.

It was a nice place especially I didn't have an experience I started as a learn from a learnership so it was worthy working as a team respecting each other always

Excellent learning curve and growth
Good relationship with my colleagues as a team aiming to improve the company. I've learned to reduce the cost of shinkage and improve the profite according to company procedures and regulations

The work pressure is high, and at the same time giving one the ability to multi tasking.
The working environment is good. High safety. I have learned going an extra mile with helping customers so that they leave our store happy with our Customer Service. Good working relationship with friendly members of stuff. I have also gained training as a Stock Administrator.
Pros: There is great opportunities for promotion.
Cons: Flexi working ours with tea and lunch time.

Great opportunity
Had great time working with my colleagues but the management it was not nice to work with them we didn’t have tea time and months end we wouldn’t go to lunch or when the big bosses arrive we won’t eat

Excellent learning
Strong characteristic person with the ability outshine in every different aspects of life. Very enthusiastic person as the same time highly motivate, with strong personalities. Good strategic appreciation and vision ,leader and diplomatic, hard worker person .
