Intermediate learning curve
As an employee of a big company,I would say I do appreciate my work because I learn too many things through the customers I deal with daily and i try not to get offended by the customers who are not satisfied by my services I continue giving others the best service I can.For as long as I worked for this company I learned that is not everyone who will appreciate my work or satisfied but I try not taking things personal because I have to be professional to my colleagues.I always enjoy working with a group of colleagues who we discuss every problem we encounter amongst ourselves than In front of a customer.Working as a cashier is not simple task because you have to continue being friendly even when your day has been ruined.That's what i always come across almost everyday.

Fast to adapt in a working environment
I'm a hard worker I always make sure that I leave my work done.Good commutation with employees in work place. Typing skill I'm able to work with computers I can type and design some website. I'm a good listener, I do what I'm told to do.

Excellent learning curve in my life
I am very close to my co workers management included we are one happy family. But time gets to that point where you have to look at what you want in life for yourself and your family. Life is getting expensive and person must strive to get better when the oppurtunity is available. I have learnt alot in my almost 3 years at Checkers Firstly cashier work then Supervisor to Money Market Clerk. Sometimes i lend a hand where they need me....

Cons: Hours are 8 per day work 5 days a week and 2 days off

Very good Leaning curve
I only work there as a store assistant and I am a graduate 🎓 I completed My HR N6 last year December. From now on, all I need is practical experience so that I could gain diploma.I have LEANERS license code 10. I have knowledge about HR aspect such as labor issues meaning I have the ability to solve labor issues about employees in the workplace

I ve learnt that always customer is always right and while working with people especially in retail stores ,you have to be friendly always and show respect to everyone you working with.what i enjoy most its helping customers.challenging aspects its when helping customers those who seen to be rude and inpetiant because sometimes you will find maybe having a long Q like month end

Learning curve
long working hours & little pay. schedule hours are hectic & you cant squeeze in your own personal time but the staff is friendly & the place is the great place to gain experience
