Being a cashier is a difficult job because you have to face different people each and every day, some with attitudes and the whole day you have to wear a smile on your face because you have to please each and everyone. In this field l've leant a lot and yet l'm still keen to learn more ..

Good learning curve
Great opportunity to enstablish myself into the business world,and build my profile. Also an ideal opportunity to interact with customer and suppliers,it gave me as an individual to improve my communication skills and my confident.

Fast to adapt in a working environment
I'm a hard worker I always make sure that I leave my work done.Good commutation with employees in work place. Typing skill I'm able to work with computers I can type and design some website. I'm a good listener, I do what I'm told to do.

Buy in bulk negotiate for cheaper stocking price ans sell cheap to customers
it was okay work wise, the relationship I had with co workers and those who reported to me was strictly professional, I love to interact with people which makes customer service easy and enjoyable , and makes it easy to make sales and meet targets, the biggest lesson I had learned was stock in bulk to negotiate purchase price so that you can sell cheaper to the customers. my biggest challenge was the short staff , when people live or resigned and were not replaced , this meant that I as a manager has to stretch myself into multiple tasks which at the end it compromise on the quality of the output from me, this will lead to some duties being neglected and compromised
Pros: I love people naturally , customer service because a second nature I am the best in it, making sales is the challenge that I come up top going up against, meeting targets disciplined hard working , and easy to understand
Cons: short staffed , creates a lot of problems, it affects the out come which means having to compromise on the quality there was

Well adaptor many platforms in regards to managing and customer service skills.
Being a sale manager I was thought to adapt well to different people and working conditions. Achieve weekly targets and monthly as well as yearly targets. Making sure the store is running with out any problems and staff no what needs to be done at all times. Management of staff and updates of staff schedules. Rinning of systems and reports planning for the next day delivery and much more.
Pros: Great opportunity and getting wide range of knowledge of products

Excellent learning curve
the company experience was great as it allowed myself as the employee to grow within and to remain stagnant. i started off as a cashier to cash office clerk , pricing clerk, data capturer, stock admin, and receiving admin. with the experience again i was successful to be a trainee manager. incompletion of the checkers management training scheme i was appointed branch admin manager. the working hours are very long and time dedication. you get involved with everyday communicating with customers and staff queries.

This has been an learning curve in my career future.
When I come to work I have to prioritise my job activities for the whole day. Firstly, I have check all the cash till in the front of the supermarket. I have an device to see that all the tills are working. In other words ,I have to ensure that all the security systems are in good working order. I would place the tags in the butchery, in the store and Liquor store. I have to reach a certain target of 1000.00 tags per day. There are certain tags that I placed in the liquor store. I work closely with the Branch Manager for the tagging of different products on the shelves. This particular job is closely related to the scanning department. Therefore, in the future , I would better myself to become an scanner. I have good relationship with workers and Managers of the store. I enjoys working in this department because I am learning and enjoying working in all different department. The most challenging aspect of this job is to reach a certain target of 1000.00 tags suggested by the manager.
