Opportunity
I am a hard worker and I have ability to work under pressure and meet deadline. I am able to work in a team and also individual. I therefore feel confident that my experience and qualifications will meet the requirement of the position and would be of great benefit to the department.

Always willing to learn, adapt and deliver
I am able to work with different types of people in the organisation in both colleagues and clients. I have so many things which accommodates IT Technician. I really working with my group members in my department which has strengthened me in communication and also working as a team. The most challenging thing is when users lie about the things while you trying to resolve the case.
Pros: I can work under pressure and longer hours
Cons: I only speak 2 official languages such as English and IsiZulu

- Relationship with my co-workers is very good at times because we learns each others ideas every day -I've so many things in the company and also how to deal with challenges -Most of the time i enjoy typing and sending Emails -The most challenging type of my job is having to answer the , have to send lots of emails, filling, preparing of meetings and copies

My working environment groomed me for my internship
We are understaffed with me being the only LRO for approximately 4500 employees. we also have limited resources. the environment is not a cooporate environment. we are also limited an opportunity to learn more about dispute resolution processes

Excellent Learning Curve
Working for the hospital I'm at is very challenging especially when working face to face with patients and relatives. You must really be heads strong when working in an environment like that. You must be a people's person aswell and beable to communicate well with your colleagues and customers. There are many of times that when you work with colleagues you might find yourself in a difficult situation where you get colleagues that does not communicate with you at all, but it shouldn't let you down, it shouldn't even spoil your day. Cause first thing to remember is that you didn't come for them you came there to work and see that your work is done. What I have learnt was not to trust your co-workers they might stab you in the back. And what I enjoy doing is to keep my customers happy and to see that there work runs smoothly on my shift
