The time when I was on the trainng I dealed by a hyge number of an employee, they are differ on behaviour but what I love is that I were manage to deal with them all in a maner.

Excellent learning curve and experience
Overworked on a daily basis and underpaid, leave is unfairly given. Been worked as a permanent worker but treated as an intern. Nobody to communicate with as i am the youngest in the staff, unfair treatment and unnecessary work given

Attending conferences for ICT to be clued with latest technology
Good day I am able to relate with everyone in the office as the manager who works with clients to ensure their happiness including my staff that i manage on a daily basis. I have learnt to compromise more hours to work without compensation due to nature of my work and to resolve conflict between my subordinates. I enjoy so see when my team deliver a service due to the way i groom them and the most challenging aspects of the job is when the client is indeed of impossible service that is not yet part of the current technology for you to implement and deliver.

Customer service
I have learned how to work with different people each day. Leadership skills as you are sometimes entrusted with big tasks. The ability to make decisions. The ability to work rapidly thus still producing efficient results. What i enjoy most about the work is being able to draw up plans for the Department (eg Waste Management plans).

Am good in resuscitation of patients ,completion of duties
We rescusitate on patients on daily basis,odering of scheduled drugs and pharmaceuticals,rendering comprehensive patient care,advocating for clients ,doing administrative duties, working as a team and consulting each other ,having good team spirit,i have learned lot of duties related to rendering best patient care application of plaster of Paris ,insertion of iv lines ,urinary catheter and suprapubic catheter ,I enjoy most working as a team and where applicable,executing my duties on time ,most challenging aspect of job is having to work not having necessary equipments

Excellent
Educating environment as challenging . Long working hours . Good relation with the Staff and good communication skills displayed evrytime . Excellent patient care all the Time putting patient life first . Including them In decision making according to Batho Pele guidlines. Patients right always explained to patients making sure that their health is being handled with privacy all the Time . Good staff development taking place where the gaps are identified for the Staff.
