Well experienced and willing to learn new things
Advertising, selection and recruitment. Worked as a team especially in projects such as verifications of qualifications etc. I've learned that I should prioritize my work and treat client well and apply the Batho Lele Principle. The area which I really enjoyed was the consultation with clients and attending to all kinds of related queries. The most challenging aspects in my job was submission of monthly/ quarterly reports, this was caused by late and non submission from the institutions and other managers and I ended up making efforts by going extra miles , travelling in order to get them
Pros: I can manage to run the section by myself since I I'm well trained and I've acquired more skills including leadership and management skills.
Cons: Due to the large size of the Department, I was expected to work overtime at some stage in order to meet the deadlines.

Valuable experience
1. dealing with medico-legal claims against the Department. Liaise with the office of the state attorney and arrangement of consultations with witnesses. 2. my relationship with co-workers is very good as I always conduct myself in a respective manner, humble and non-discriminating. 3. I have learnt a lot as my previous experience mostly dealt with criminal law. I am currently in the Litigation Unit. I feel that I was lucky enough to be offered this kind of a position. It has always been my dream to explore. 4. what I enjoy the most about this job is that it always keep you on your toes, working under pressure due to the volume of work we have in the unit, analytical thinking as well. 5. the most challenging aspects is that due to the huge volume of the work, we struggle to find expert witnesses for our cases. The other reason is that we are also short -staffed.
Pros: great platform to master and manage your work and promotion opportunities.

Good place to work and learning
I have a good relationship with my fellow worker. in the absence of operational manager I took the responsibility and perform opa rational manager duties. the matrons always delegate me to attend most of workshop to impower me.

Opportunity
I am a hard worker and I have ability to work under pressure and meet deadline. I am able to work in a team and also individual. I therefore feel confident that my experience and qualifications will meet the requirement of the position and would be of great benefit to the department.

It's a great place for one to grow professionally
I have a very good relationship with my colleagues My typical day is filled with screening for patients in the wards if they will need OT services then do assessments. Plan for treatment and then render cost effective OT services, for those who need assistive devices I issue to them and then provide patients with home programmes I enjoy rendering OT services, no challenges yet

Strong, courageous, determined and independant
i believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the field make an appropriate candidate out of me. During my studies I did an internship of six months at the marketing department. This is where I learned all the facets of marketing. It also taught me that I am most comfortable working on several kinds of projects at the same time and to function as an all round employee within company.

Need to advance my skills
I love the relationship with my co-workers. I love challange especially having to complete my job at a given time. I would love to advance my skills in electricaal engineering sections. My current responsibilities are as follows ; MAINTENANCE • Safety in the work shop (OHS Acts). • Physical inspection of substations and electrical equipment. • Check all the connections and tightening them. CONSTRUCTION • Safety in the work place. • Connecting of DB’s and electrical components. • Maintaining of electrical equipment. • Join and terminate cables and connect them by using different electrical instruments. FAULT FINDING • Fault finding on a panel and rectify them. WIRING • House wiring.

Good learning curve
Bar coding off new assets,updating asset additions and reviewing of data. Physically verify the assets existence on the paper to the assets on the floor. Making sure the asset disposal is done correctly
Pros: You get booked in Hotels and get S & T's
