There were ups and downs but it all had a great impact in my life because it taught me how to handle work stress and interact with my colleagues

Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Working as an intern for my department is challenging because as an intern you're there to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible, but you'd find that there's no sense of urgency and people who are permanent don't prioritize and set an good example to us who are there for training. You just need to push yourself by having earger to learn, being a bit curious in a friendly and professional way and being hands-on for you to grow.

Pros: One thing i like most about my company is that there's so much work to do in different fields there for you end up learning so much and that grows you as a person and in a professional level. You learn to handle pressure and meeting deadlines
Cons: There are not so much opportunities for promotion, a person doesn't just get promoted in the department, the structure doesn't allow that.

Creative and enegetic with willingness to learn

My work place was a wornderful enviroment to work in with productive employees and diverse cultures and we met different people(clients) everyday. working dirrectly with employees and reported to our supervisors.our clients were mostly hospital patients who visit the hospital and lawyers,SAPsS who mostly needed help with PAIA reports or medical records. we used our hospital computer system to do most of the work then we did filling and retrival of filles then cashier duties and revenue duties like billing of services rendered on a daily basis. working in a government institution was a great challange because we taught ourseves most of the work and working tools and machineries were scares but i enjoyed the challeges because i and my co-workers worked closely together to make sure that we produced quality work at the end of each day. I worked as a contractor for four years and my contract ended on the 31st of December 2019.

Pros: graet oppotunity to learn more work
Cons: work during weekends and holidays including nights

It is an excellent learning curve

This is a good place to work in. The chances to develop your self professional are great because you have to be updated about everything before you teach the students. Although there are some challenges where there is a shortage of staff and equipment since we are in deep rural areas so the working environment is not conducive enough With the good interpersonal relationship with my co-workers makes it nice to work there. The most interesting part about my work is see the nursing students pass the course and graduate and become the competent nurse in the community that keeps me going even the conditions of employment are not up to a standard.

Pros: opportunities for promotion are very slim because the promotional ladder is very short
Cons: Working hours are good only 8 hours a day

I adapt quickly and I do not hesitate to ask should I not comprehend

Working at the hospital is fascinating because not only do I get in contact with my office colleagues but also with the medical team, doctors, nurses, psychologists etc. I have learned that when you dealing with patients administration of different age groups, therefore character must be friendly and very patient. Whats challenging about my line of work is basically the fact that Mondays deadlines are always many due to weekends overflow of patients. And iv learnt that most casualties are from weekends and caused by alcohol.

Pros: Promote faster and effective resources to spare time and money
Cons: Many deadlines to meet
