Excellent learning curve.

It's a good environment with good communication between co workers.I have learnt a lot, independence being leading since I have been working in small hospitals so sometimes I find myself faced with a situation that forces me to act,and it feels great each time my actions become of good course and are successful. It's personal growth. However, staff shortage has always been a challenge, making things sometimes not easy because one has to work for three to four people at a time.

Pros: Chances of studying.
Cons: Long hours and staff shortage

I am a very hard working person.

I am currently working at Gauteng Provincial Department of Health, Johannesburg Hospital as an Administrative Officer in the office of the Clinical Director and Clinical Executives. I am also appointed as Acting Executive Personal Assistant (Assistant Director Level position) to the Chief Executive Officer. I have a special interest in the above mentioned position because of my skills, competencies and experience that I have gained from my current and previous positions which have immensely empowered me to further seek practical exposure in a Secretarial and Administration environment. I am self-confident, hardworking and challenge-driven person who enjoys the spirit of teamwork and can prove the above when given the chance to do so. I hope my application will be taken into consideration and I will avail myself for any queries regarding my application.

Pros: I learn a lot from Goverment Departemnts and i am growing in Administration field
Cons: I am willing to work even afer hours

Development and growth

I have good working relationship with my co-workers,the only challenge is that the work one on one with patients and they have to record and I capture the details in the system the following day while the patient is no longer there and you find that they omitted a lot of information and when u ask them they cant remember because admin is not what they concentrate on,they concentrate on the patient.I learned how to deal with different characters.I enjoyed learning medical terms and issues and how to treat other diseases. What is stress full is when the clinic is too full especially with crying babies but otherwise I got used to it.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning about your community
Cons: Noise
