Good day I would like to apply for the vacancy. I believe that I am the best candidate for this position because of my extensive customer service , sales and management experience and my ability to adapt to any situation. I have a passion for success and goal oriented demeanor that would push me to accomplish my set tasks. Also, with my personable character I can work well and communicate with others to contribute to team efforts. Dynamic company with constant change
One day is always different to the next, there is always something new, an idea, a problem or a matter which needs you to find a solution. There is no stagnancy and things change around you daily which keeps you on your toes all the time. You need to keep up to date with the business, its products, society and technology. You are required to be a team player and learn to interact with multiple personalities. There is constant learning, self development and growth. There are so many different areas of business and so many avenues within Discovery to explore and gain experience.

Awesome company, great energy
Young and vibrant environment, not strict about dress code as long as int not inappropriate for the working environment. Very busy, products on offer keep everyone busy to please and serve our clients. Downside is cost to company is not bad but because we pay for our own medical aid when you have a Family or it grows you are left with less to take home.
Pros: We work together as a team, management has an open door policy
Cons: It's always busy, not for the faint-hearted, multi-tasking is the order of the day

Short term Insurance Specialist
Love training new IFA's and ensuring they understand the products and systems Great at problem solving and love helping with issues Selling is my thing. Great relationship with co workers and always jump in when help is needed, especially with targets I prefer working in the insurer space vs the broker industry. Insurer has so much more to offer. Fell in love with the corporate environment. This is where i belong. Challenges are to convince anti Discovery IFA's to sell JUST Discovery. I have done it before and i can do it again.

Very honest
A typical work day will be starting a cup of coffee at 7:00 am before the day starts @ 8:00 am. I get to work a n hour before. We are a small based company so most of the time I am on my own. But when I do see the others we get along. Excellent relationship with co-owners. I have learnt that I dont cope very well under pressure. I enjoy having one to one chats with my boss. Cold calling

Excellent learning curve
Great staff and resources. Upper management do just enough but could do more in terms of assisting team. Alright starting point if you want to get in the company. Moving up to a higher position is less likely

A learning curve.
At Discovery I have the honour of servicing bank card clients. At Discovery there are great people, it is a great working environment, Discovery also has great values. Servicing requires passion for people as you have to be patient.

Great working place
Working with people can be challenging, but it all comes down to how you manage your relationships either with fellow staff or with external stakeholders. Through it all, my key objective is to be a part of an organisation that can bring the best out of me in furthering my professional development and career
