helping everyday customers , working through everyday challenges , making sure everyday's work gets done and at the best of my ability .relationship with my co-workers is great getting along and working together,i have learnt everything needed and more to improve my exprience so much that im able to work in any position in my work place.most challenging aspects is making sure every customer is happy because when they are happy it means they will return .

Good learning curve
Dress code is chilled, out there and allowed seeing as it's the fashion industry. I like interacting with different people everyday . Solving a problem gives me a sense of fulfillment. Co workers are helpful, fun people and young. I've learnt the different and important principles of the buying discipline. Most difficult aspect of the job is working with people who don't think out of the box, rigid and not open to new methods.

Great stragtegy
I am a highly motivated mature & success driven individual who possesses the qualities of been friendly, responsible, sincere & dedicated. I lead a charismatic lifestyle & have a strong sense of direction in life. I love to set standards & to be an example among others. I’ve gained over 20 years of joint customer relations & skills along with a strong Sales & Administration background acquired from the diversity of staff & clients that I’ve been exposed to. I’m confident that I’m equipped to add value & credibility to any organization that I join forces with, only because I believe I have a passion for any challenge & the added desire to always excel in it. Growth potential
I learned a t both vodacom and edcon, I t all about customer care and solving technical related queries at vodacom and at edcon my sales experience was enhanced. Both companies moulded me into what iv become and have painted the way in me becoming and industry expert insales,customer care and leadership roles.

Good in communication ngo skills
it was difficult sometimes but have to push my self on doing my job because dealing with Customers you must always know that always customer is right no matter what in are words was dedicated person love each others always share to any1 even the people were working with them where good people shame will alwys Mic them I have learned a lot to respect others give love to each other share when someone doesn't have or in need of something if have I enjoyed each and everything more especially overtime because the more work the more where getting pay

Great learning pportunities
Its very nice working for Edcon, managers value our opinions and appreciate our hard work. Co- workers are nice too though not everyone can be all nice to you but majority of co-workers are nice and helpful. Some days are better than other days but other days do get a little bit overwhelming but manageable. Working in Edcon I have learned to understand that I don't go to work to make friends but to get tasks done, and people are different so not everybody will be nice towards you.
Pros: Edcon take care of its employees
Cons: Groth is a little bit slow

I have a good merchendising skills and communication towards people.
I have been working with different people in retail industries for more than 9 years.Learning different skills from people who end up becoming executive and divisional visual managers.I have a good eyesite of merchendising and layout.fast leaner good communication and always gouse extra mile to make sure my job its eccellent towards our customer.
Pros: centre court and displays its one of mybest skills.
Cons: I always work long ours for my deadline promo to have excellent good looking store.

I am a competitive young lady who is always up 4 a challenge
I enjoyed learning abou t different cultures that were within or outside our work environment , an open area for a young adult to be free and express your feelings also raise concerns. I have learnt to be independent and understand others by putting yourself in their shoes.the most challenging aspect of my job was for example pitching for money to a person who is still grieving their loved ones and more importantly the breadwinner
Pros: I do not enjoy working late shift hours
Cons: I enjoy open and diversity within the working area

Excellent growth
Edcon is a good company with good areas for growth, i came in as an HR Intern but they saw potential in me and pointed me as an HR Administrator 4 months contract. I am great full for the experience i have gained
Pros: great opportunity for learning
Cons: They throw parties on Tuesdays or Thursdays and the following day you must still go to work

Good learning curve
Its great opportunity to learn more and advance better knowledge. Currently I am the champion of the NPS for the month, because of my contribution towards the growth and success of the business through a massive increase in sale in my department and complements by our customers ,from my department.
Pros: Great working environment for better experience and knowledge
Cons: Long / flexible hours even weekends and holidays
