Good day I have been a HR intern at Edcon for a year now. I was placed in Admin for my training and employee benefit. I have exceptional HR admin experience as i was exposed to all other fields of HR. I had my own client base were I was assisting all the specialty stores with their daily Admin queries. I managed to resolve most of their quires over a very shot period of time and unlike other interns I was then given Edgars stores as its a very busy store and needed more attention. With so many project taking place I have learnt to be accurate and capture correctly as it will only waste time to go back and work on my mistakes.

Edcon is a place to work, balance culture company, good transformations, got potential trainings, customer frustration is most challenging, engaging with customers everyday with their different characters is what Like the most about my job.

Proffecianal and performance
It's nice to work in edcon we are abt 10 to 50 staff team work is there .we give extremely customer services.we fulfilling customer promise .team wrk is there . if u assist customer u concentrate as eye contact .listening wht customer says an repeat on wht they say so to make sure understand wht customer says.u don't interpretation if customer tlk.u thank every customer after u assist them.

Execlent learning
i was working with different jobs working as doing equries for customers and do customer service.i learn to be friendly evry time becouse of im working with customers.and i enjoy working wih different peoples. I learn not to be rude andnot to have short temper

I have learnt a lot
I didn't have a knowledge when I join the company but now I've learnt many things as cashier,stockroom associate,cellphone admin,bank leader and i became a department manager,store admin manager and i ended up as risk,control and stock admin manager.I enjoyed the part of setup a retail coz its where it shows you how much you lost for the past month.My challenge was when i received a lot of boxes and the budget is not allowing me to call staff in i have to work on the number of staff i have in the stockroom.
Pros: I achieved a lot in 2013 I became department manager but under casual,i got a permanent position same company as store admin manager and now i am working as risk,control and stock admin manager.
Cons: I dnt mind working more hours to make my job perfect.

Hard worker, go extra mile to achieve company goals
Dedicated worker, fast learner who can work as an individual or with groups. Willing to learn new things and grow with the company. Multitasking and putting extra mile when there is a need.

I have grown in this company to the max at my level
Learning new things on a daily basis about how a business works and built myself up as an individual to over come any situation and to be even more responsible than I was. Edcon did me well but stop me at my own growth with in the company there for im Seeking new employment

Excellent learning curve
Im a peoples person and get along well with my peers. Retail is detail and its all about getting the job right the 1st time. Timing is everything. Getti g the right product at the right time to the right customer. I have 10 years marketing experience and 4 years visual manager experience. Customer service is of high priority at my company and being a leader you have to act as one amd always be of leadership material.

In this job i hv learn a lot, team work also not to depend on any one.
Its a company with values to live by. Its a lot of work though the payment is too little but I enjoy my Job at the end of the day. With my co_workers we get along very well. I have learn to love what I do , and learn more specifictly about the company and every thing it entailed. I enjoy balancing the stock where there are imbalances. There are no challenges I have come across so far . I am enjoying my Job

Excellent learning especially on customer service
Interacting with customers on a daily basis,also made me grow and love working with different clients.selling skills and improved my confidence.Getting along with management and colleagues.
