Great interpersonal skills

I am a social person and its great to meet new people and interact with them on a daily basis. My former colleagues were great to work with as we were all women and to deal with different characters. I definitely learnt alot from them too as you work in teams. I enjoyed waking up in the morning to know I will be helping someone in need. Most challenging aspect about the job was dealing with un-satisfied clients and making them happy to leave the shop satisfied with my assistance.

I am a fast learner who appreciate any positive help from anyone

I am a patient person,I enjoy working with people.I am a highly motivated individual who appreciate any positive help from anyone.I do my best to benefit a company.my work experience has been good I don't argue alot especially with customers.Apologizing even when when I'm not wrong is my key to success.In a typical working day i make sure thst all my tasks are done yo avoid explanations and excuses.Working in retail I've learnt that you cannot allow the first customer to ruin your whole day because you still have a long day to deal with other customers.I enjoy talking and helping those who need my help.The most challenging issue was staying calm even when you not wrong but I over came that through the help of my employer

Good place to work

i learn a lot under ed con company .i started working there as a casual then i got promoted to become permanent part timer. in the year 2016 they give me an opportunity to go and study fire fighter and i manage to get a certificate.

Regional Admin Manager 58 stores, three countries.

Sales, expense, PnL analysis, customer service, training, HR, IR, over 12 years experience of staff management and customer service as a main focus. Expense control and profitability a serious focus. CCMA experience. I am independent and out of the box thinker, I try come up with innovative ideas to improve service levels and team work.

Pros: Massive learning curve as the balance of my career has been on the operations side, so this has grown my knowledge and understanding.
Cons: The company is unstable, with regular restructuring and subsequent retrenchments.

Good management skills

We are trading 9 hours week days, 8 hours on Saturday and 5 hours Sunday and holiday. I create flyers during promotions and my staff enjoy driving those promotions with flyers as it helps them to manage the business and make more sales

Pros: We hand out flyers during promotions to increase more feet

Good skills of leaning things

I'm dark Brown in colour and I'm 1,5 m toll,I like reading and watching movie's and I like to Work, currently I'm working under edcon company it is good and enjoyable but the problem is the salary is so little and I'm finding my self hard to cope.

Great place to work

Great opportunity to grow and very nice place to work, company does give commission monthly if you make the store target. Incentives are also great in the period of the festive season nd twice a year

Growth potential

I learned a t both vodacom and edcon, I t all about customer care and solving technical related queries at vodacom and at edcon my sales experience was enhanced. Both companies moulded me into what iv become and have painted the way in me becoming and industry expert insales,customer care and leadership roles.

Great Learnings

Work starts from 7:30am by 8:30 you need to be at work... depending on what you preparing for, line review, laydowns or Monday reporting where you analyse your business, the good the bad pay a lot to detail and finding solutions to findings.
