It is good to work as a manager aspecially if you have a positive relationship with your team, all understanding the goal an the strategy, it is good company to work for but unfortunately it's closing down some of its stores

Excellent learning curve and good support structure
Assisting all edcon stores with updating information on the system assisting with soft ware issues such as terminals scanners and doing follow ups on logged queries

Good start up job
It is a good environment to make or earn a basic salar I was a good place to atleast make a living in for students with small families. I have learned to master customer service to the best of my abilities..i mostly enjoyed being able to assist my customers and that added so much value to what did .

Customer service
I am a team player and and I enjoy working with a group of different people, I prefer team achievement before individual recognition-I am a self motivated person and I believe in myself and I know my contribution make a difference in the work place.

I've gained great knowledge and experience
I was working 5 days a week shift I rotatated from each department to the next Aquired training from different managers I had good relations and developed friendships with co-workers I've learnt to work under pressure and to be diligent,to help where there is a backlog

Excellent learning experience
Working at Edcon company was a great learning experience. I had great team and i have learned to work as a team more than ever. My communication skills got improved and i have learned the importance of giving great customer service. I have learned that it is possible to multitask and and it is a life time skill you should keep. The most challenging

Well, i start my day by coming in a litte bit earlier so there is no need to rush, done all bankings, admin, and go thro the day work, meeting with the guys concerning the targets, where we at regarding the figures for the month, pray n start the day on a positive note. Handling all customer queries, my monthly reports

Excellent skills acquired and always opportunity to learn new fields of work
It has been good so far lots of knowledge gained and growth mentally acquired .room for growth but it depends on the connection s not on knowledge which us a disadvantage

Good
It iaitit was normal working days and my relationship with my co-workers was great. I have learned a lot fro from the company n have grown. I ejoyed my work until I got retrenched. The most challenging part of the job was I it kept me on my toes n I had to do my tasks always on time although I managed.itjust a normal workiit ng days
