Good

My relationship with relationship with my co workers was great there were some challenges but work had to be done at the end of the day.I gave respect as much as possible.I have learned time management skills and to communicate with people which is important at work I have learned to challenge and be professional all cost.Most challenging was able to talk and approach customers but after some time I was able to do it.

Growth

I I am self-motivated person, eager to learn and able to work under or without supervision. I am a team player, with excellent communication skills. I can work well under pressure and easily adapt to change. I am a creative thinker, expressed on different work challenges. I prefer seeking solutions than opting for escalations; however, I do escalate to my superior when necessary.

Best staff very kind and helpful Best work ethics Professional environment Time and energy demaning Best and very helpful friendly staffi have the lowest position but the I'm still regarded as the most are staff member because I help around everywhere possible My job tittle is a financial services specialist at retail store but iWork at customer services as well as a switchboard operator

Blue Ocean

Dynamic environment which was fast paced, no slow period in the month (end to end busy). A Business Operating Processing Centre that handled on average 125K calls per month per department excluding outbound and written queries, with the following departments (New Accounts, Customer Services, Collections, Digital, Fraud and Disputes). Diverse team with an exclusive management structure, learned to be able to handle pressure and changes. Enjoyed building relationships with clients and the staff. The demands of the job were a lot in terms of busyness and call flow especially during peak periods.

Excellent learning curve

co-working 8hours a day Have the best relationship with staff ,upskilling and grooming them so that when promotion opportunities come they became suitable for positions IT was a huge learning curve to work with my Team I have learned a lot exponentially during our emt open meetings to give them a chance to speak out expertiall on our Action plans I enjoyed to be in Retail industry working with different people of different races it was much interesting most challenging aspects of the job was diversion making as a manager maybe when solving or coming with the solution it was very challenging
